摘要: In a telemanipulation system (12) for manipulating objects located in a workspace at a remote worksite by an operator (14), such as in a remote surgical system, the remote worksite having a manipulator with an end effector (39) for manipulating an object at the workspace, a controller including a hand control (22) at the operator's station for remote conrol of the manipulator, an image capture device (19), and image output device (20) for reproducing a viewable real-time image, the improvement wherein a position sensor associated with the image capture device (19) senses position relative to the end effector (39) and a processor (23) transforms the viewable real-time image into a perspective image with correlated manipulation of the end effector (39) by the hand controller (22) such that the operator can manipulate the end effector and the manipulator as if viewing the workspace in true presence. Image transformation according to the invention includes translation, rotation (25) and perspective correction (29).

生産設備での製品製造用半成品材料の認定されおよびプロセス最適化された使用を確保する方法において、加工すべき半成品材料に合わせて生産設備を較正するキャリブレーションデータを読み出し、かつ半成品材料が供給される外部記憶媒体から、製造すべき製品の所定最大数(最大数)に関するデータを読み出す段階と、供給される半成品材料のキャリブレーションデータに従って、生産設備を較正する段階と、可能な限り最良のキャリブレーションを用いて、生産設備を、可能な最大生産数にプログラミングする段階と、認定されたスタート時間から製造された製品数と、最大数とを比較する段階と、実際数が最大数を超えるとメッセージを出力する段階とを有することを特徴とする方法。-

SOLUTION: In a telemanipulation system 12 for manipulating objects located in a workspace at a remote worksite by an operator 14, such as in a remote surgical system, the remote worksite having a manipulator with an end effector 39 for manipulating an object at the workspace, a controller including a hand control 22 at the control operator's station for remote control of the manipulator, an image capture device 19, and image output device 20 for reproducing a viewable real-time image, the improvement wherein a position sensor associated with the image capture device 19 senses position relative to the end effector 39 and a processor 23 transforms the viewable real-time image into a perspective image with correlated manipulation of the end effector 39 by the hand control 22 such that the operator can manipulate the end effector 39. SOLUTION: This counting and feeding device for small articles is characterized by that it is composed so as to intermittently feed a plurality of tablets at a time to an outer circumferential face of a conveyance drum 1 by a feeding means 2, suck and hold the tablets in the outer circumferential face of the conveyance drum 1, convey the tablets by forming a plurality of rows of the tablets aligned along a circumferential direction of the drum in the outer circumferential face of the conveyance drum 1, respectively input one tablet from the rows at predetermined conveyance positions into a temporary storing means, and by repeating this action a predetermined number of times, count the tablets in units of a row number, store a predetermined number of the tablets in the temporary storing means, and feed the tablets to containers or a packaging mechanism part.

SOLUTION: The article 5 is set in a waiting state in the vicinity of the insertion position thereof, and it is detected whether or not a flap 2b of the envelope 2 carried to the waiting position is opened so that the opening/closing condition of an inlet 2a of the envelope is judged. When it is judged that the inlet is opened, the article in the waiting state is inserted in the envelope, and when it is judged that the inlet is closed, the article is kept at the waiting position, and the envelope is discharged.

摘要: A can end counting system which receives a stick of converted can ends, separates and counts the can ends, restacks and conveys a pre-determined number of can ends comprising an output stick to an end line packaging station. At least two counter-rotating screws, each having a separator knife positioned at the entrance end thereof, are provided with a continuous spiral groove cut into the periphery and coact with each other to separate the can ends, one by one, from an input stick and increasingly separate the can ends as they are carried toward the exit end of the device. A sensing device senses each of the can ends as they are carried toward the exit end of the device and sends a signal to a processing device which stores the total number of can ends included in a current output stick and controls a cut-off knife which separates and conveys the output stick toward an end line packaging station when a pre-determined number of can ends is attained.
