Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil storage device with good storage space efficiency not requiring a large driving source and complicated control by a small amount of capital investment. SOLUTION: The coil storage device is provided with a truck 1a mounted with wheels 1d having sprockets 4 to lower ends of support legs 1c provided on four corners of a ceiling 1b; two rails 3 laid in parallel on a floor and traveling-guiding the truck 1a; a chain 5 circumferentially rotatably installed along the rail 3 and engaged with the sprocket 4 of the wheel 1d; and a driving mechanism connectable with a crane for hanging a coil, circumferentially rotating/moving the chain through a means for converting the lifting movement of the crane to rotation movement and advancing/retreating, traveling and moving the truck 1a. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance system for a paper reel. SOLUTION: A transport device 12 connecting a non-power driving type carrier 9a carrying the paper reel 10 with a different carrier 9b carrying a basket 11 for reel core by an electromagnetic connection component can move on a track 4 for cargo loading below a floor, and the track 4 for cargo loading can reach via a turn table 3. The transport device pulls the carrier 9b out of a track 8 for storage to a sliding platform 5, the carrier 9b is pushed out of the sliding platform 5 up to a reel stand 6, and the carrier 9b is pushed and returned to the track 8 for storage after the basket 11 for reel core receives a reel core. Then, the transport device 12 runs up to a stand-by station of the carrier 9a conveying the paper reel 10, is connected with the carrier 9a to pull it up to the sliding platform 5, separates the carrier 9a, and moves to the track 8 for storage. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a plurality of storage boxes on a guide passage and move the storage boxes on the guide passage by turning them on a non-rotating plate so as to move the selected storage box upward or downward. SOLUTION: A boss part 7 of an arm device 6 is substantially vertically arranged at a central position of the guide passage and storage region, a plurality of rotary arms 8 are substantially horizontally fixed on the side of the boss part 7, and a guide rail 10 is fixed in the side part of each rotary arm 8. An engaging piece is arranged in a side part of each storage box 3, and the engaging pieces of a plurality of storage boxes 3 put on the guide passage are engaged with the guide rail 10 of the rotary arm 8. When each storage box 3 turns and moves on the guide passage due to the rotation of the arm device 6 and the selected storage box 3 is positioned at a stand-by position, the selected storage box 3 is moved to an inlet and an outlet apart in the vertical direction.

PURPOSE:To constitute a conveyor simple and compact and to stay a carrier without setting any special device such as a stopper and others. CONSTITUTION:An accumulate stock conveyor to convey and stay a carrier storing an article along a closed loop constitutes a closed loop R by a guide rail 3 to guide and support a chain free to move and sets a magnet pulley 4 to attract and transfer the chain to a corner part or a rectlineal part of this closed loop R. In this closed loop R, a plural number of unit length chains 1 which are longer than length of a pulley setting interval and furnished with carrier buckets 5 are arranged. Each of the unit length chains 1 is attracted by the magnet pulley 4 and conveyed in a relay. When the unit length chain 1 is fixed, it is possible to slide and stay it against the magnet pulley 4.

PURPOSE: To provide a device for keeping parts upright in which parts to be stored are stored on a plurality of two-arm type hooking levers with specified intervals from each other. CONSTITUTION: Hooking levers 6 are rotatably supported by a rotary shaft 5 which is arranged in an approximately horizontal manner between two side wall plates 2, 3. Hooking levers 6a, 6b, 6c are provided with a carrying arm 18 on one end and a control arm 19 on the other end. Two side wall plates 2, 3 form an angle (w) with respect to a base plane, a base plate 1 and other similar base surfaces. In addition, the hooking levers 6a, 6b, 6c between side wall plates 2, 3 are supported by the rotary shaft 5 continuously in the same direction.
