    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new immunogenicity partial sequence substance of lipoprotein I in Pseudomonas aeruginosa which consists of an immunogenicity partial sequence substance of adventitial protein I in Pseudomonas aeruginosa containing a specific amino acid sequence and is used as an effective vaccine or the like in the protection or the like due to the active immunity against pyocyanic infections. SOLUTION: This immunogenicity partial sequence substance is a new immunogenicity partial sequence substance of adventitial protein (lipoprotein) I in Pseudomonas aeruginosa containing the amino acid sequence represented by the formula and is useful as an effective vaccine or the like in the protection or the like due to the active immunity against pyocyanic infections. This immunogenicity partial sequence substance is obtained by initially isolating and purifying a genome DNA by means of a conventional method from Pseudomonas aeruginosa, preparing a gene bank by using this genome DNA followed by plating this gene bank, transfering materials from the resultant plaque to a nitrocellulose membrane, detecting a plaque which expresses a small amount of lipoprotein I by reacting a monoclonal antibody peculiar to the lipoprotein I in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and finally recovering the gene from this positive plaque.
