    Abstract: 【課題】柔らかく滑らかでふわふわして手触りがよく、吸湿性と通気性を有する透かし織物及びその製造方法の提供。 【解決手段】綿混紡糸とアルカリ可溶性ポリエステル糸を特定の規則に従って配置した経糸、綿混紡弾性糸とアルカリ可溶性ポリエステル糸を特定の規則に従って配置した緯糸を織って生地にした後、アルカリ溶解によりアルカリ可溶性ポリエステル糸を除去した透かし織物。40Nmの綿混紡糸と75Dの撚りアルカリ可溶性ポリエステル糸を10:2の比率で配置した経糸と、40Nmの綿混紡弾性糸と75Dの撚りアルカリ可溶性ポリエステル糸を6:2の比率で配置した緯糸を平地に織り、平地をアルカリ溶解してアルカリ可溶性ポリエステル糸を除去して、メッシュを有する生地を得て、メッシュを有する生地を煮沸漂白し、軟化、乾燥する、透かし織物製造方法。 【選択図】図1

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enable a bleaching for obtaining a fiber having a highly whiteness by treating a cellulose containing a specific amount or more of α-cellulose by using oxygen obtained by a disproportionation of peroxo compounds in a specific pH range at a low temperature for a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: This method for bleaching cellulose is provided by a single stage process of bleaching cotton linters obtained by purifying a cellulose containing >=90% α-cellulose with peroxo compounds by using a metal oxide and/or metal hydroxide of a metal of 2A group and/or 3A, 4A group, etc. (good example; calcium hydroxide) of the Periodic table as a catalyst, in the pH range of 6-13 at a low temperature of 35-15 deg.C for a short time of 15-150 min without using chlorine or a hypochlorite salt and without weakening the cellulose fiber to obtain the fiber having >=75% whiteness. As the peroxo compound, hydrogen peroxide and/or a peroxomonosufate and/or peroxoacetic acid, etc. can be cited.
