摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hydrophilized cellulose fiber that is capable of sufficiently oxidizing a 6-position carbon in a glucose unit of a raw material cellulose fiber to a carboxyl group, and is capable of suppressing a reduction of polymerization degree of the raw material cellulose fiber.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a hydrophilized cellulose fiber including (1) a first oxidation treatment process for oxidizing a cellulose fiber in a first reaction solution containing an N-oxyl compound and a halogenated isocyanuric acid or a salt thereof.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a textile material capable of converting sunlight energy accumulated as chemical energy into thermal energy even when the sun is shining or not and imparting heat reserving properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective textile material for absorbing and accumulating sunlight capable of absorbing the sunlight energy and storing the thermal energy is obtained by including a norbornadiene derivative (hereinafter abbreviated to an NBD derivative) and a catalyst in a textile material and a method for producing the textile material according to the following method is provided: That is, the method for producing the textile material is to seal the NBD derivative and the catalyst in a microcapsule and mix the microcapsule in a resin binder or directly mix the NBD derivative and catalyst in the resin binder and store the thermal energy or sandwich a mixture of the NBD derivative with the catalyst between resin films and laminate the sandwich to the textile material or mix the mixture of the NBD derivative with the catalyst in a core part of synthetic fiber having a core-sheath structure or a hollow part of hollow fiber.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain the title fiber for rubber reinforcement improved in adhesion with a halogen-containing rubber by treating an aromatic polyamide fiber with an epoxy compound and then treating the treated fiber with an adhesive consisting of a halogen-containing rubber and nitroso-aromatic compound. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic polyamide fiber is treated with a treating liquid containing an epoxy compound (preferred example: glycerin polyglycidylether) adjusted to 0.5-10wt.% concentration and heat-treated and further treated with an adhesive containing a halogen-containing rubber (e.g. chlorinated natural rubber) and nitroso-aromatic compound (e.g. N-4-dinitrosodiphenylamine) adjusted to 2-30wt.% (as solid content) concentration to provide the aromatic polyamide fiber for rubber reinforcement having excellent adhesion with natural rubber, SBR, etc., as well as a specific rubber such as hydrogenated NBR.

摘要: PURPOSE:The titled yarn suitable for reinforcing rubber, having improved heat resistance in rubber, strength of >= a specific value, a skin-core structure, a skin part in a specific ratio, wherein the skin part has lower orientation and crystallizability than the core part. CONSTITUTION:The aimed polyester yarn such as polyethylene terephthalate, etc. having >=8.0g/de strength, a skin-core structure (preferably core-sheath type conjugated yarn), 5-20wt% skin part based on the total parts, wherein the skin part lower orientation and/or crystallizability than the core part. Preferably the skin-core structure is obtained by treating the surface of yarn with a solvent, or coating the surface of the core part with a skin part.

摘要: PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive which produces felt with sufficient compressional resilience and mechanical strength even when used in a consistently small amount, prepared by mixing a foaming agent into a phenolic resin homogeneously, followed by pulverization of the mixture.
CONSTITUTION: The adhesive is prepared by mixing 1W20pts.wt. foaming agent which foams under heating (e.g. azodicarbonamide) into 100pts.wt. phenolic resin obtained by reacting a phenol with an aldehyde in the presence of a catalyst (e.g. a mixture of novolac resin and hardener), followed by pulverization of the mixture. Conventional straight novolac resin requires application in a large amount, leading to insufficient cushioning property and air permeability and a higher cost. Uniform dispersion of the foaming agent reduces the amount of the adhesive to a consistently low level and produces felts with sufficient compressional resilience and strength.
