Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester fiber cloth having good feeling, water repellency with very excellent washing durability, and capable of clearing environmental regulations, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a durable and water repellent polyester fiber cloth having the degree of water repellency after 30 times repeated washing defined by the JIS L-1092 method of third level or more, a fluorine-based water repellent added at 0.03 to 1 wt.% in terms of solid content to the fiber weight, and the content of perfluorooctanoic (PFOA) in the fluorine-based water repellent in a flight time secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS) measurement below the detection limit.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber structure which has a small water-retaining rate, excellent drainability, and excellent durability even in such a tension-applied state as worn or used. SOLUTION: The fiber structure is produced by diluting a condensation reaction product of dihydroxydiphenylsulfone, sodium phenolsulfonate and formaldehyde with water to prepare an aqueous solution containing an active ingredient in an amount of 40 wt.%, imparting 5 to 20 wt.% of the aqueous solution to a fiber structure containing ≥60 wt.% of polyamide-based fibers, and further imparting a fluorine-based water-repelling treatment agent. Thus, a product little in water retention and having excellent water drainability even in such a tension-applied state as worn or used can be provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous structure preventing yellowing with oxidizing atmospheric pollutants which may be caused during preservation of the fibrous structure in a warehouse or exhibition thereof in the store front and maintaining sufficient chlorine fastness and imparting a deodorant ability of a chlorine odor without being limited by a hue and a dye used at all and to provide a method for producing the structure. SOLUTION: The fibrous structure comprises an elastic fiber having a mixed film composed of a hydrazine compound and a binder on the fiber surface. The hydrazine compound is preferably one or more kinds of compounds selected from hydrazine salts, hydrazides, hydrazones and carbazides. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
