Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groundwater survey method capable of being executed simultaneously with soil improvement work of injecting an environment improving chemical agent into ground by means of a steel pipe. SOLUTION: The steel pipe (2) is inserted into the ground while a hole is excavated by rotating or striking the steel pipe (2). When the hole is dug up to a fixed depth, the steel pile (2) is pressed in without turning or driving. When the steel pipe (2) reaches a groundwater layer (11), a pipe (4) is inserted into the steel pipe, groundwater, which flows in from an opening (2a) at the lower end of the steel pipe, is pumped by the pipe (4), and analyzed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil contamination detecting pipe capable of accurately detecting the existence of oil that contaminates the soil, regardless of the path of infiltration into the soil. SOLUTION: This soil contamination detecting pipe is obtained, by forming a plurality of water collecting holes 3 in a cylindrical body that has a peak head section 1 and opens at the end 2 on the opposite side to the peak head section, over the whole length except the peak head section at a predetermined interval (D), and in the length direction (X). The water collecting holes may be at a positional relation, where the water collecting holes adjacent to each other in the length direction (X) of the cylindrical body do not overlap in the circumferential direction [R] of the cylindrical body. As the positional relation where they do not overlap in the circumferential direction, the water collecting holes adjacent to each other in the length direction of the cylindrical body are separated from each other at the interval of 90° in the circumferential direction. In this case, the water collecting holes, arranged at the interval of 180° in the circumferential direction and in a facing positional relation, may be at the same position in the length direction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for groundwater sampling hardly influenced by the change in the pressure and the temperature, or by the contact with the air, after taking the water to the ground surface. SOLUTION: The water sampling device 11 includes an opening/closing cover or a valve 14 mounted on a water introducing port 12, and an encapsulating device 15 provided in it to encapsulate a dissolved oxygen fixing agent D, of which the encapsulating device 15 has a plug 16. The sampling device 11 is hung in a water sampling hole 3 at a depth of the ground water. After opening the cover or the valve 14, the groundwater W is filled in the sampling device 11 positioned at the depth, and the cover or the valve 14 is closed to encapsulate the groundwater W tightly. Immediately after encapsulating the groundwater tightly, the plug 16 of the encapsulating device 15 is released to allow the fixing agent D to be discharged into the sampling device 11. After discharging of the fixing agent, the sampling device 11 is withdrawn to the ground surface. It is preferred that the release of the plug 16 of the encapsulating device 15 is linked to the closing of the cover or the valve 14 of the sampling device 11 so that the fixing agent D may be discharged into the sampling device 11 at the same time as the groundwater is encapsulated. Further, it is preferable that an agitating means 17 is provided in the sampling device 11, and the fixing agent D and the groundwater W in the sampling device 11 are agitated after discharging of the fixing agent.
