    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve or the like which can allow a valve body to carry out opening/closing operations properly.
    SOLUTION: The valve comprises a primary chamber 67 and a secondary chamber 68 formed in a valve housing 64 separated from a diaphragm 76, and communicating to an inflow port 71 and communicating to an outflow port 74, respectively, a communication flow passage 69 communicating to the primary chamber 67 and the secondary chamber 68, the valve body 70 opening and closing the communication flow passage 69 from the primary chamber 67 side with the primary chamber side opening edge part as a valve seat, a pressure receiving diaphragm 73 allowing the valve body 70 to carry out the opening/closing operations at the atmosphere pressure standard, and a valve body spring urging the valve body 70 to the valve-closing direction against the pressure receiving diaphragm 73 using one wall surface of the primary chamber 67 opposed to the diaphragm 76 as a receiver of the spring. The valve body 70 has a valve body body 81 arranged at the primary chamber 67 and carrying out directly the switching action to the valve seat, and a holding part holding the same.
