SOLUTION: This electrode connection device comprises a holding and rotating member 2 holdingly rotating the new electrode a, a first suspending member 3 connected to the top part of the holdingly rotating member 2, a second suspending member 4 for swingably suspending the first suspending member 3 from the upper part thereof, and a third suspending member 5 for swingably suspending the second suspending member 4 from the upper part thereof. Thus, even if the angles and positions of the new electrode a and an existing electrode b are slightly displaced, the angles and positions of the new electrode a are automatically corrected and aligned according to the existing electrode b when the new electrode a is screwed into the existing electrode b.
