A strengthening composite electrolyte membrane for fuel cell or redox battery is that the electrolyte for fuel cell is impregnated inside the pore of 'the porous polymeric base material containing the hydrogen ion conductive material'. Moreover, a manufacturing method of the porous polymeric substance comprises: a first step of mixing the hydrogen ion conductive material of 1-90 weight% with solvent; a second step of impregnating the porous polymeric base material with the mixture of the first step and drying the impregnated porous polymeric base material. The dispersed film comprises polymer and sugar. A formation method of the inorganic particles comprises the following steps: forming a dispersed solution by dispersing a plurality of inorganic particles in solvent; adding monomer, oligomer, or polymer into the dispersed solution; adding sugar to the dispersed solution; and forming the dispersed film around each inorganic particle by using the sugar, monomer, oligomer, or polymer.

CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor-encapsulating liquid epoxy resin composition comprises: a liquid epoxy resin, an aromatic amine curing agent in which molar ratio of total amino groups to the total epoxy groups is 0.7-1.2; and inorganic filler comprising inorganic filler A with an average particle size of 0.1-3 micron, and inorganic filler B which is amorphous nanosilica having a surface treated by a coupling agent in chemical formula 1 and/or chemical formula 2.
