CONSTITUTION: A composite construction method for a building using environmentally-friendly heat insulation and waterproof paint is as follows. The surface of a rooftop is washed(S100). An insulation sheet is fixed to the washed surface of the rooftop(S200). Heat insulation and waterproof paint, composed of 10-15wt% of functional paint and 10-15wt% of water based on the total weight of cement, is spread on the surface of the insulation sheet(S300). PURPOSE: A synthetic method of a heat-insulating paint is provided to provide a heat-insulating paint with excellent low temperature foaming performance, heat resistance, drying rate and environmentally-friendly performance by using a montmorillonite and nanocomposite flame retardant. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic method of a heat-insulating paint comprises a step of mixing 15-35 wt% of a ammonium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium carbonate, dicyandiamide as a foaming agent; 20-40 wt% of a carbonizing agent, sugar, polyalcohol, or pentaerythritol; 10-25 wt% of a montmorillonite or aluminum hydroxide as a fire-proofing agent; 1-5 wt% of benzene sulfonyl hydrazine as a reaction catalyst; 1-5 wt% of benzophenone or 1,6-hexanedioldiacrylate as an UV photo initiator, 2-8 wt% of titanium oxide as a pigment; and 20-40 wt% of an acrylate emulsion or antifoaming agent as a binder.
