An apparatus for eliminating foreign substances contained in an atmospheric gas in a bright annealing furnace comprises: an adsorption fabric(20) for filtering and adsorbing foreign substances contained in the atmospheric gas; rotation rolls(10A,10B) rotated by drive motors(12A,12B) to wind or unwind one end and the other end of the adsorption fabric; a clean gas collecting tank(50) installed to suck the atmospheric gas through the adsorption fabric; and a gas circulating pipe(60) which has a fan connected to the clean gas collecting tank and rotated by a blowing motor, and which supplies the atmospheric gas into the bright annealing furnace again.

CONSTITUTION: A vertical-type continuous heating furnace comprises a first transfer unit(100), a heating unit(200), a body(10), a drying furnace(600), and a cooling device(700). The first transfer unit transfers a target to the body. The heating unit burns carbohydrates of an incoming target through the first transfer unit and cures the target. The body comprises a second transfer unit, an insulating unit(20), a hot-air circulating unit(400), and a discharge unit(500). The second transfer unit has a triangular shape to be able to delay heating time while transferring the target. The drying furnace dries the target heated by the second transfer unit.

The top end of the corrugated unit is coupled to the bottom end of the muffle, and the bottom end of the muffle is inserted into the oil tank to be submerged in the stored sealing oil.

The first cut-out seals hermetically a leader of an inlet roller. The hydrogen gas leakage in the annealing furnace is secluded. The second cut-out blocks the hydrogen gas by spraying inactive gas. The fire extinguisher system ejects extinguisher powder in fires.

CONSTITUTION: A bright annealing line control wireless system comprises a radio signal transceiver(20), a radio signal receiver(30), a control unit(10), a roll control part(40), and an encoder(60). The radio signal transceiver wirelessly transmits line stop signals and control signals which control an inspection table roll. The radio signal receiver receives the line stop signals and the control signals transmitted from the radio signal transceiver. The control unit detects the stagnation section of the annealing furnace according to the received line stop signals and controls the inspection table roll according to the received control signals. The roll control part controls the inspection table roll according to the control of the control unit. The encoder measures the translation distance of the strip and reports the measured value to the control unit.
