摘要: PURPOSE: A rapid cooling system of a powder calcination furnace for electronic components is provided to control the kind of gas required for a hot chamber and a rapid cooling chamber by using a door. CONSTITUTION: A rapid cooling system of a powder calcination furnace for electronic components is composed of a hot chamber, an annealing chamber(20), a rapid cooling chamber(30), a sealed driving unit, and working spaces(60,70). Heaters are arranged in the hot chamber. The annealing chamber is connected to the hot chamber. The rapid cooling chamber is installed in the annealing chamber and supplies cooling materials from spray nozzles toward a tray(1). The sealed driving unit selectively seals the rapid cooling chamber. The door(41) of the sealed driving unit is ascended and descended by a lifting unit(50). The working spaces are located at both sides of the rapid cooling chamber and accept the sealed driving unit.

摘要: PURPOSE: A drawback of known vertical annealing furnaces is that the structural height is limited. CONSTITUTION: The vertical annealing furnace for the continuous bright annealing of a metal strip guided through the furnace comprises:a vertically disposed muffle having a strip entry side and a strip exit side, the muffle having the freedom to expand in a longitudinal direction, and the muffle being disposed such that the strip entry side is situated at a top side of the muffle and the strip exit side is situated at an underside of the muffle; heating structure for externally heating the muffle; bearing structure for fixedly supporting the underside of the muffle such that it is delimited downwards in the longitudinal direction; an expansion section being provided on the top side of the muffle for taking up thermal expansion in the longitudinal direction of generally the entire muffle; and vertically movable support structure for exerting an upwardly directed support force on the muffle, the vertically movable support structure being connected to an upper part of the muffle.

摘要: PURPOSE: A device for removing steel powder of a cooling zone of a vertical annealing furnace is provided to prevent faults on the surface of a strip by removing steel powder. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing steel powder of a cooling zone of a vertical annealing furnace comprises an intake duct(10), an electromagnet frame(20), a driving member, a position sensor(40). The intake duct inhales an ambient gas within the perpendicular cooling zone of an annealing furnace. The electromagnet frame is selectively inserted to the inside of the intake duct through the opened bottom surface of the intake duct. The driving member is combined in the electromagnet frame and lifts the electromagnet frame. The position sensor detects the location of the electromagnet frame in order to block power supply according to the location of the electromagnet frame.

摘要: PURPOSE: An apparatus for a cooling strip in an outlet-duct of an annealing furnace is provided to improve the productivity of annealing operation and prevent damage to an outlet seal roll by cooling the strip. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for a cooling strip in an outlet-duct of an annealing furnace comprises an outlet duct(100), a radiator(300), a cooling water pump, a temperature measuring part(120) and a controller. The outlet duct guides the exhaustion of a strip(S). An outlet seal roll is formed on the lower end of the outlet duct. The radiator comprises a cooling pipe, an inlet port(340), and a drain hole(360). The controller controls the operation of the cooling water pump according to measured temperature. In the outlet duct, a guide rail(380) with a plurality of rollers(382) is installed.
