PURPOSE: Alcohol fuel of a gel type and a manufacturing method thereof have excellent properties such as combustibility, a heat releasing amount, preservability, safety, gelability, and visibility. CONSTITUTION: Alcohol fuel of a gel type comprises 75 to 95 wt% of alcohol, 4 to 20 wt% of water, 0.5 to 2.5 wt% of an ethylenic unsaturated carbonic acid polymer, 0.1 to 2.5 wt% of an amine compound, and 0.00001 to 0.1 wt% of at least one coloring agent selected from alkyl benzene and phenyl ether.

PURPOSE: A production method of oil using clay is provided to collect oil using an organic solvent and the cell wall collapse, and to offer increase oil extraction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A production method of oil using clay comprises the following steps: mixing oil containing microorganisms with an organic solvent; adding clay into the mixed solution, and stirring the mixture to extract oil from the microorganisms; phase-separating the extraction solution into an oil containing layer and a microorganism debris containing layer; and separating the microorganism debris containing layer, and removing the organic solvent from the oil containing layer. A method for producing ester functioning as a marker of an oil product is provided to facilitate quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the oil product owing to high solubility of the marker, by adding a coloring agent into a compound that a phthalein precursor, a suspension of xylene and alkylic acid and thionyl chloride is mixed. An ester for a marker of an oil product is manufactured by marking the oil product with a marker using a phthalein precursor, adding a compound obtained by combining thionyl chloride into a suspension of xylene and alkylic acid into the oil product, adding a coloring agent into the oil product to color the oil product, and detecting the absorbance of the oil product in a UV/VIS area.

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus and method for producing fuel oil from waste synthetic resin, wherein waste synthetic resin from which large quantities of pollutants such as sulfuric acid and nitrogen oxides are generated during incineration is pyrolyzed and vaporized to prevent pollution and separately discharge gases generated from the waste synthetic resin so that the gases are used to produce the fuel oil. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a thermal cracking part comprising a pyrolysis furnace(110) in which a certain space is secured, an indirect heating means(130) installed to gasify distillate in waste synthetic resin injected through a hopper(120), and a discharge port(170) installed at one side of the pyrolysis furnace(110); a gas separation part(200) comprising a gas separation tank(210) which is installed in such a way that the gas separation tank is penetratingly connected to the pyrolysis furnace, a separation means installed to selectively separate vaporized generation gas at the inner side of the gas separation tank, and gas exhaust pipes respectively connected to exhaust the separated gas; and a fuel liquefying part comprising fluid pipes(330) respectively extended to the gas exhaust pipes and installed at the inner side of a water tank in which cooling water continuously flows to maintain a certain temperature, and fuel storage tanks(320) respectively connected to the fluid pipes correspondingly to the fluid pipes.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing fuel oil using waste synthetic resin is provided to prepare product having high yield without any production of volatile distillate by constantly maintaining heating rate in first heating unit and constantly maintaining heating temperature in second heating unit. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a raw material injection process of injecting waste synthetic resin into first heating units(100,101); a melting and heating process of gasifying the pyrolyzed waste synthetic resin by continuously heating the molten waste synthetic resin until the molten waste synthetic resin is pyrolyzed after melting the waste synthetic resin by heating waste synthetic resin injected along with catalyst using burners in the first heating units and second heating unit(106); a distillation process distilling gas distillate produced in the melting and heating process using a distillation column(109); and a cooling process of sending the liquefied gas to storage tanks(117,118,119) by cooling and liquefying gas in the semi-finished product state separated by the distillation column in the distillation process using condenser(110) and cooler(113), wherein molten waste synthetic resin is heated to a certain temperature in a constant heating rate in the first heating units of the melting and heating process, gas produced by heating the molten waste synthetic resin using the first heating units is sent to condenser(103) so that the gas is cooled and liquefied before the liquefied gas is stored in a temporary storage tank(104), and the distillate is gasified by supplying distillate stored in the temporary storage tank to the second heating unit so that the distillate is heated to a certain heating temperature in a certain quantity at a time, thereby secondly pyrolyzing the heated distillate.
