본출원은기재필름, 적층체또는편광막의제조방법에대한것이다. 본출원에서는연신율과복원률이동시에적정수준으로유지되고, 내수성이확보되어, 예를들면, 편광막등의제조에효과적으로적용될수 있는연신용기재필름이제공될수 있다. 본출원에서는또한상기필름을사용한적층체또는상기기재필름을사용하여편광막을제조하는방법이제공될수 있다. 상기기재필름은, 예를들면, 약 10 ㎛이하, 약 8 ㎛이하, 약 7 ㎛이하, 약 6 ㎛이하또는약 5 ㎛이하의두께를가지면서도편광성능등의기능이우수한편광막의제조에효과적으로적용될수 있다.

The present application relates to a method for manufacturing a substrate film, a laminate, or a polarizing film. According to the present application, the polarizing film, which has excellent polarizing performance and the like while having the thickness of approximately 10 μm or less, approximately 8 μm or less, approximately 7 μm or less, approximately 6 μm or less, or approximately 5 μm or less, can be effectively manufactured. According to the method of the present application, the polarizing film can be manufactured by stretching a functional material for polarization such as a PVA-based rein in an easy manner while the polarizing film is prevented from being torn and curled when stretched.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an extending laminating body in which a laminating body including a non-extendable high density polyethylene film and a non-extendable polyvinyl alcohol-based film attached to at least one surface of the non-extendable high density polyethylene film is extendably treated. The polyvinyl alcohol-based film has a thickness of about 10 μm or less after the extension. The present invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a thin polarizer using the extending laminating body, a thin polarizer manufactured by the same, and a polarizing plate including the same.
