    摘要: PURPOSE: A basic amorphous refractory composition is provided, which has a self-fluidity, shows excellent erosion resistance and spalling resistance and can be used as the dam block for a tundish, the slag line part of a ladle or the precipitation pipe of RH equipment. CONSTITUTION: The basic amorphous refractory composition comprises 24-34 wt% of spinel clinker powder with a size of 0.074 mm or less; 5-10 wt% of calcined alumina fine powder; 2-3 wt% of alumina cement; 1-3.0 wt% of silica flower; the balance of magnesia clinker with a size of 1-5 mm; and additional component comprising 0.1-0.4 wt% of sodium hexametaphosphate and 0.01-0.02 wt% of citric acid. Preferably the total amount of the spinel clinker powder, the calcined alumina fine powder, the alumina cement and the silica flower is 35-45 wt%, and the size of the components is 0.074 mm or less.

CONSTITUTION: The objective alumina-mullite porous refractory sheet is a fired material composed of 50-85 wt.% aggregate component composed of electromelted and/or sintered alumina and electromilted mullite and having a particle diameter of 10-150 μm, 15-50 wt.% binder component composed of alumina and mullite and inevitable impurities and having a porosity of 10-40%. The method for the production of the alumina-mullite porous referactory sheet comprises the mixing of an organic binder, water and the aggregate to a binder composed of alumina and fine silica powder and/or clay at a compositional ratio to give the objective binder component after burning, the kneading of the mixture, the forming of the kneaded mixture to a sheet and the burning of the sheet after drying.

Moreover, the ultrafine alumina powder castable adds one more compound from silica fiber or steel fiber.
