摘要: 본 발명은, 내공측에 고내식성, 높은 부착 방지성 등의 고기능의 층을 배치하여 내용성을 높인, 내삽식의 연속 주조용 노즐에 있어서, 그 내공측 층과 본체 재질인 외주측 층의 열팽창 차에 기인하는 외주측 층의 갈라짐을 방지하고, 내공측 층을 외주측 층(연속 주조용 노즐의 본체)에 소정의 배치에서의 고정을 이룰 수 있는 성상을 구비한 연속 주조용 노즐의 중간층용 내화물(모르타르) 및 그 중간층용 내화물을 사용한 연속 주조용 노즐을 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 그 해결수단인 본 발명의 중간층용 내화물은, 입자의 평균 입경(R)과 상기 입자의 평균 벽의 두께(t)의 비가 R/t≥1O을 만족시키는 중공 내화 골재를 10부피% 이상 75부피% 이하 포함하는 것이다. 이 내화물을 중간층(1)으로서 연속 주조용 노즐의 내공측 층(2)과 외주측 층(3, 4) 사이에 배치한다.

摘要: PURPOSE: A protection film for FPD, deposition material for protection film and manufacturing method thereof, FPD, and manufacturing apparatus for protection film for FPD are provided to suppress generation of toxic substances from the deposition material and reduce manufacturing cost for FPD by reducing manufacturing procedures, while improving characteristics of the film. CONSTITUTION: A deposition material is made up of a polycrystalline body, sintered body or a single crystalline body having a surface coated with a fluorination layer. A manufacturing apparatus for protection film for FPD, comprises a film forming unit for forming a film(14) to a substrate(13); and a layer forming unit(22) for forming a fluoride layer to the surface of the film. The film forming unit includes a layer forming chamber(23) for accommodating the substrate where the film is formed; a gas supply device(31) for forming a fluorination layer at the surface of the film, by supplying a fluorination agent to the substrate arranged within the layer forming chamber; and a substrate heating member(32) arranged within the layer forming chamber, and which heats the substrate.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an immersion nozzle having a zirconia-graphite based refractory provided in the powder line portion thereof, wherein, further, at least in the portion inside the hole of the nozzle, the body of the nozzle is integrally formed with a compound comprising 10 mass % or more of a clinker which has the surface of particles containing CaO as a mineral phase and having been subjected to a hydration preventing treatment such as the formation of CaCO3 by a heat treatment in a CO2atmosphere. The method allows the inhibition of the reaction with the moisture released from a resin being added as a binder and thus the suppression of expansion of the volume of the body, which results in the prevention of occurrence of clacks in the resultant formed product during firing.

摘要: A nozzle refractory for casting comprising a refractory aggregate which contains 20 mass % or more, relative to the total composition, of a CaO component and 10 mass % or more of a clinker containing CaO as a mineral phase, wherein the coating film of CaCO3 is formed from at least a part of CaO exposed on the surface of particles of the clinker containing CaO as a mineral phase. CaCO3, which forms a film, is decomposed by heat to release a CO2 gas, which makes an operating surface smoother, resulting in no deposition of a metal and thus in the successive supply of CaO to the alumina deposited on the operating surface, which leads to the prevention of the deposition of alumina. The refractory is also effective for preventing the hydration by a hydrolysis reaction.
