摘要： PURPOSE: A polyalkylene carbonate-based adhesive unit stably forms a specific morphology by improving the miscibility between polyolefin and polyalkylene carbonate. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive member is manufactured of a mixed composition including polyalkylene carbonate, polyolefin, initiator, and blending aid. The content of the polyalkylene carbonate is 35-65 wt%. The total content of the initiator, blending aid, and polyolefin is 65-35 wt%. At least a part of the polyalkylene carbonate and polyolefin has a co-continuous morphology and is separately exposed from the outer side of the adhesive unit. The molecular weight of the polyalkylene carbonate is 20,000-500,000.

The secondly frozen film is transversely elongated.

摘要： PURPOSE: A rolled porous film, and a method and an apparatus for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the rolled porous film by locally expanding a film combined with a non-woven fabric through a rolling roll. CONSTITUTION: Resin having inorganic material is extracted from an extractor in a thickness below 20g/m2 in order to fabricate a porous film. In a state that the extracted film is molten, a non-woven fabric with an amount below 20g/m2 is applied to one side of the extracted film. Then, the film combined with the non-woven fabric passes through a rolling roll including a local expanding roll(1) and an elastic rubber roll(2) in such a manner that fine pores are distributed in the film about a local expanding mark. Then, the local expanding mark is distributed over the whole area of the film.

摘要： In accordance with this invention there is obtained a laminated article in which a chlorosulfonated polyolefin composition and a fluorine-containing elastomer composition have firmly bonded to each other by making good use of a chlorosulfonated polyolefin composition containing in particular a lead compound and a peroxide as indispensable components. In order to prepare such a laminated product a layer of chlorosulfonated polyolefin composition containing a lead compound and a peroxide as indispensable components and a layer of fluorine-containing elastomer composition are laminated by molding and then brought to vulcanizing adhesion by subjecting to the conventional process of vulcanization such as steam vulcanization in autoclave, press vulcanization, etc. The laminated article obtained in accordance with this invention is adapted for use as hoses such as fuel oil hoses of automobiles, gas hoses, etc., sheets, or other industrial goods.
