摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a sintered ore. According to the present invention, an apparatus for manufacturing a sintered ore comprises: an ignition furnace for igniting mixing materials for sintering which is charged in a cart in sintering facilities; and multiple gas injecting pipes installed in the rear end of the ignition furnace, and installed to be perpendicular to the length direction of the cart in sintering facilities for spraying by-product gases to an upper layer of the mixing materials for sintering by receiving the by-product gases from a gas line of the ignition furnace when the ignition furnace is ignited. According to the present invention as described above, a generation amount of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides is reduced, and a generation amount of CO2 is reduced, and a quality variation between a lower layer and an upper layer of a sintered ore. The roll-type chute is installed at an angle under a drum feeder and charges a blended material, which is discharged from a surge hopper through the drum feeder and a split gate, into a sintering carriage. The roll-type chute has a plurality of rolls(110) for accelerating the blended material. The auxiliary chute is installed under the roll-type chute and has a plurality of slit bars for dropping fine grains of the blended material while accelerating large grains of the blended material.
