摘要: The present invention relates to an air leakage preventing device for sintering carriages to prevent air leakage generated in spaces between sintering carriages of a sintering facility for producing sintered ores. The air leakage preventing device according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device for preventing the leakage of suction air supplied to the sintering carriages and comprises: support units arranged in both sides of the sintering carriages at predetermined intervals along a moving direction of the sintering carriages; and air leakage preventing units which are arranged in a closed loop so that both ends thereof can be supported and rotated by the support units, and which are attached to the side surfaces of the sintering carriages by the suction force of the suction air while being rotated by the forward movement of the sintering carriages so as to block the spaces formed in the side surfaces of the sintering carriages.

摘要: PURPOSE: A sinter mixture raw material charging method and an apparatus thereof are provided to enable the particle size of the blending raw material being reduced from the bottom to top of the sinter cart. CONSTITUTION: A sinter mixture raw material charging method is comprised of a guide (10), a first deflect plate (20), a second deflect plate (30), a third deflect plate (40), and a flow duct. The guide induces the blending raw material, which comes out from the surge hopper by a drum feeder, to the side which faces the drum feeder. The first deflect plate is located in the side which faces to the drum feeder and is installed to the downward direction with an inclined slope. The second deflect plate is installed at the side which faces to the first deflect plate, in the downward direction with an inclined slope. The third deflect plate is located at the side which faces to the second deflect plate, and guides the blending raw material, which is induced along the second deflect plate, to the sinter cart. One end of the flow duct is located in the side which faces to the drum feeder, and the other end is located on the sinter cart in order to induce the blending raw material induced by the guide to the sinter carter. The flow duct has a spiral shaped cross section.

摘要: PURPOSE: A firing temperature control device and a firing temperature control method using the same are provided to control the opened extent of a wind chamber control valve and an angle of an airflow control damper when the inner temperature of wind chambers is determined as an abnormal, thereby maintaining the inner temperature of the wind chambers within a preset value range. CONSTITUTION: A firing temperature control device comprises a main blower(10), an air flow control damper(20), an airflow control damper(20), an airflow supply line(30), a plurality of wind chambers(40), a plurality of trolleys(60), a thermometer(70), a wind chamber control valve(50), and a control unit(80). The airflow control damper controls the extent of an air flow of sintering wind supplied from a main blower. The wind chamber guides the air flow by being installed in the upper part of the airflow supply line. The wind chamber control valve selectively controls the extent of the air flow of the sintering wind supplied from the airflow supply line to the wind chamber side. The thermometer measures the inner temperature of the wind chambers. When the temperature measured by the thermometer is determined as abnormal outside of a preset value range, the control unit controls the opened extent of the wind chamber control valve and an angle of the airflow control damper, thereby maintaining the inner temperature of the wind chambers within the preset value range.
