    摘要: The invention relates to a device (1) for providing a gaseous mixture comprising at least one of the following substances: a) at least one reducing agent and, b) at least one reducing agent precursor. A reservoir (20) is configured for the aqueous solution (45) comprising at least one reducing agent precursor. Said aqueous solution (45) can be transported from said reservoir by transporting means (19) in at least on supply line (2) equipped with output openings (3). The invention is characterised in that said device comprises means (4) for heating the supply line (2), said means being able to heat at least one supply line (2) above a critical temperature that is greater than the boiling point of water. Said inventive device (1) and the inventive method allow the aqueous solution comprising urea to be completely evaporated in an advantageous manner and subsequently hydrolysed to a mixture comprising ammonia. Said mixture is added in an advantageous manner to a SCR catalyst (18) as a reducing agent. Evaporation is carried out outside the waste gas system enabling visibly smaller hydrolysis catalysts (17) to be formed such that the inventive device is more compact and economical compared to conventional devices used for providing a reducing agent for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen.

    摘要: A freeze-resistant metering valve is provided that comprises a magnetic part and a hydraulic part. The magnetic part has an armature biased by a spring. The hydraulic part has an annular space for receiving and conveying a liquid as well as a tappet facing a valve seat. The valve seat comprises a nozzle opening on the side facing away from the tappet. In a currentless state, the tappet blocks the annular space in the direction of an opening (nozzle opening) until a freezing pressure exerted onto the armature generates a sufficient force by virtue of the solidifying liquid. This force is used to counteract the spring force until a freeze expansion space is created by way of a relieving motion.

Environmental pollution is prevented by dissolving gas particles through ion exchange and collecting sludge.

A water jacket(110) is proximal to an outer edge of a nozzle seat(103), thereby efficiently transferring the heat contained in a gasket(17d) to cooling water in the water jacket.
