    摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sound-absorbing panel is provided to reuse waste artificial marble as a high value added panel by mixing crushed materials and dusts of the waste artificial marble, expanded vermiculite and pearlite with acrylic resin syrup. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of sound-absorbing panel includes following steps.(i) Crushed materials of the waste artificial marble of 25-35 weight%, expanded vermiculite of 12-32 weight%, perlite of 1-10 weight%, dusts of the waste artificial marble of 3-7 weight%, calcium phosphate of 12.99=17.95 weight% and acrylic resin syrup of 12.8-32 weight% 'containing(meta) acrylate monomer and the poly(meta) acrylate' are mixed.(ii) The mixture is put into a fixed frame and heat-treated with a high pressure at a temperature of 50-250°C.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a foamed body and the foamed body are provided to obtain foamed glass through a foam-plasticizing process by pulverizing the glass of wasted liquid crystal display and mixing the pulverized glass with a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION: A hydration reaction is implemented with respect to the glass of wasted liquid crystal display in order to extract indium and tin components from the wasted liquid crystal display in the hydration solution. The hydration solution and the wasted liquid crystal display are separated. A washing process is implemented. A foaming agent composition is added to the hydrated wasted liquid crystal display in order to obtain a raw power mixture. A sintering aid functioning as a binder and water are added to the mixture. The mixture is shaped into a spherical shaped product and a massive shaped product.

The cement binder includes 70-95 weight% normal portland cement, 1-10 weight% amorphous calcium aluminate, 1-10 weight% silica powder, 0.5-5 weight% gypsum, 0.05-5 weight% zeolite, 0.01-2 weight% retarder, and 0.01-1 weight% antifoaming agent.
