    摘要: 본발명의긴급도로보수용상온아스콘혼합물은긴급도로보수용으로사용되며, 골재는신골재또는순환골재가사용되고, 일정용량의밀폐봉투에밀봉되어시공시에만개봉돼사용되며, 상온시공이가능하며, 폐아스콘또는선별되지않은신골재를파쇄한후 선별하여사용하는골재 100 중량부에대하여상기골재와골재사이를채워주는채움제 2.3~4.3 중량부와; 상기골재와골재를결합시켜주는결합제 4.5~6.5 중량부와; 경화촉진과결합력증대또는박리방지를위한첨가제 0.1~2.1 중량부를포함하여조성되고, 상기채움제는보통포틀랜드시멘트를사용하며, 상기결합제는용제를사용하여상온에서액체상태를유지하는컷백아스팔트를사용하며, 상기첨가제는상기밀폐봉투개봉후 일정시간내에경화되고결합력을증대시키는경화촉진제만을사용하거나, 아스콘의골재면이젖어있을때 부착을좋게함과동시에한번부착한상기아스콘이외력이나비의작용에의해벗겨지는것을방지하는성분으로서상기아스콘의저항력을증대시키는역할을하는박리방지제가포함될수도있으며, 상기골재는상기결합제의사용량감소와결합강도를높이기위하여체가름하여입도 2.5mm 미만과입도 10mm 초과골재를제거한입도 2.5~10mm 사이의입도를사용하며, 상기골재의입도분포는 5~10mm 사이의골재분포가 35~75 중량%이며, 5~2.5mm 사이의골재분포가 25~65 중량%이다. 본발명의긴급도로보수용상온아스콘혼합물에따르면도로를긴급하게보수할때 밀폐봉투에담긴것을오픈하여바로사용가능하며, 수밀성, 내구성및 결합성을향상시킬수 있고, 골재의구성중 순환골재를사용할수 있으므로환경오염을예방할수 있으며, CO2 저감및 국제유가변동시유연하게대처할수 있고순환골재를사용할수 있으므로제조원가절감을통한긴급도로보수용순환상온아스콘조성물의원활한보급이가능하다.
