PURPOSE: An epoxy concrete composition is provided to include epoxy resin of specific structure as a reference and to secure excellent mechanical strength, flexibility, water resistance, and construct ability. CONSTITUTION: An epoxy concrete composition comprises a reference, a hardener, and at least one selected from filler and aggregate. The reference comprises epoxy resin of chemical formula 1. A manufacturing method of epoxy concrete composition comprises following steps. An epoxy composition of chemical formula 1 having epoxy equivalent 180-300g/eg and point drawing 2000-10,000 cps (25°C) by reacting biphenol A diglycidil ether and fatty acid of chemical formula 2. A reference having epoxy equivalent 180-300g/eg and point drawing 2,000-7,000 cps (25°C) is manufactured by compounding epoxy resin of chemical formula 1 with low point epoxy composition of chemical formula 3. The reference and a hardener are mixed. And (d) at least one selected from filler and aggregate is additionally mixed. From chemical the formula 1 and 2, R1,R2,R3, and R4 respectively shows hydrogen, and alkyl or phenyl of carbon number 1-34. From the chemical formula 3, R5 and R6 show hydrogen, and alkyl or phenyl of carbon number 1-20, respectively. N represents an integer of 1-20.

PURPOSE: A polycarboxylic acid based super-plasticizer composition is provided to increase a susceptible effect while securing liquidity by containing a water-tightness enhancer composed of silicate, fluosilicagte, and stearate in a polycarboxilic polymer. CONSTITUTION: A polycarboxylic acid based super-plasticizer composition comprises a polycarboxylic acid based polymer, a curing accelerator, and a surfactant. A water-tightness enhancer includes silicate and fluosilicate. The super-plasticizer composition includes 10-150 parts of water-tightness enhancer by weight, 0.1-5 parts of curing accelerator by weight, and 0.1-1 part of surfactant by weight for 100 parts of polycarboxylic acid based polymer by weight. The number average molecular weight of the polycarboxylic acid based polymer is 15,000-300,000. The silicate is composed of a mixture with one or more than two compounds selected from sodium silicate, potassium silicate, and lithium silicate. Fluosilicate salt is composed of one or more than two compounds selected from zinc fluosilicate, copper silicofluoride, magnesium silicofluoride, nickel silicofluoride, lithium silicofluoride, iron silicofluoride, and cobalt silicofluoride. The water-tightness enhancer additionally includes stearate.

PURPOSE: Rapid-hardening polymer fiber mortar, and a concrete structure repair and reinforcement method using carbon fibers are provided to express excellent initial curing and initial strength. CONSTITUTION: Rapid-hardening polymer fiber mortar comprises 15-25 wt% of alumina cement based mixed cement, 5-15 wt% of thickening agent composed of polysaccharide based bio polymers, 0.01-0.2 wt% of melamine based super plasticizer, 4-14 wt% of metakaolin, 25-45 wt% of silica fume, 20-30 wt% of water cooling amorphous C12A7 based cement mineral based rapid hardening agent, 0.4-1.5 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.01-0.1 wt% of gluconic group retarder, 0.01-0.1 wt% of promoter composed of triethanolamine, and 0.1-1 wt% of polyethylene based fiber. The rapid-hardening polymer fiber mortar additionally includes 0.45-0.75 wt% of polycarboxylate based water reducing agent. A concrete structure repair and reinforcement method comprises a step of installing and curing the rapid-hardening polymer fiber mortar and carbon fiber on the underwater concreting structure surface.

PURPOSE: A primer composition capable of forming flat structure and a water proofing method using the same are provided to enhance usability by having short curing time. CONSTITUTION: A primer composition comprises liquid permeate and powder agent. The liquid permeate comprises 35-45 wt% of synthetic polymer system latex, 25-35 wt% of emulsion resin synthetic resin, 2-12 wt% of one of superplasticizer, air entraining agent and anti-foaming agent and 18-28 wt% of water. The powder agent comprises 39-49 wt% of inorganic binder, 46-56 wt% of inorganic filler, 1-5 wt% of rapid hardening agent, 1-5 wt% of expander, 0.05-0.2 wt% of thickening agent and 0.05-0.2 wt% of anti-foaming agent. The weight ratio of the powder agent to the liquid permeate is 1: 1.5-2.0. The emulsion resin based synthetic resin includes hyperarithmetic land boundary synthetic resin and acrylic resin group synthetic resin at the weight ratio of 1:1.5-2.5. The waterproof method comprises the following steps: forming a primer layer(100); and forming waterproof layers(200a,200b).
