摘要: 본발명은내부중합을이용한개질아스팔트바인더제조방법및 이를이용한아스팔트콘크리트조성물에관한것으로서, 아스팔트바인더의점결력및 저항성의개선을통해도로포장층의내구성이향상되어유지보수비용의절감및 도로유지보수시발생하는차량정체로인한인적, 물적손실을감소시키기위한것이다. 이를실현하기위한본 발명의개질아스팔트바인더제조방법은, 120~140℃로유지되는반응기에 2,6-디메틸페놀(DMP)과희석제를중량% 기준 1:1의비율로혼합하되, 상기희석제는톨루엔또는에틸렌글리콜중 하나가선택적으로사용되는희석단계와; 상기 DMP희석액 5~10중량%를 AP-5아스팔트(침입도 60~70) 90~95중량%와혼합하여용해시키는용해단계와; 단량체인 DMP와 SBS(Styrene- Butadiene-Styrene)를혼합하되, SBS 100중량%를기준으로 DMP는 10~15중량%로혼합이이루어지는혼합단계와; 상기아스팔트용해액 80~90중량%와 SBS혼합물 10~20중량%를혼합후, 균질혼합기를이용하여 3,000 rpm으로 2시간동안교반을실시하는교반단계를포함하는것을특징으로한다.

摘要: Disclosed are a matt, non yellowing type and solventless epoxy adhesive composition and a plastering composition which comprise: base units in which 60-71wt% of urethane color coated quartz sand, 24-35wt% of epoxy resin, 2-6wt% of metallic powder, 2-7wt% of silica sol, 0.05-0.25wt% of dispersing agent, 0.05-0.25wt% of antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.7wt% of plasticizer, and 0.2-1.2wt% of emulsifier are mixed; and amine or aliphatic polyamine based hardener units. The mixing ratio of the base unit to the hardener unit is 100:10 to 100:25. The matt, non yellowing type and solventless epoxy adhesive and plastering compositions according to the present invention can be applied in all kinds of tiles, stones, and boards such as living room, bathroom, veranda, elevator hall, entrance, exterior wall of a building, indoor plastering finishing, sink, bath tub, and the likes as the two-component type matt, non yellowing type and solventless epoxy masonry joint and plastering finishing material. Also, the plastering finishing material and tile attachment and masonry joint are constructed at the same time so that various contamination can be prevented, and cracks and scratches can be prevented by having strong intensity, and the matt, non yellowing type and solventless epoxy adhesive and plastering compositions can be used as the color masonry joint, tile adhesive, and plastering finishing material by beautifully and luxuriously expressing appearance using special color coated quartz sand or metallic powder.

摘要: PURPOSE: 2 liquid type concrete floor surface finishing material is provided to have an excellent adhesive force in a wetted surface, a self smoothness and a surface hardness by adding a plate shaped micro silica and a silane coupling agent to an epoxy resin-based main material. CONSTITUTION: 2 liquid type concrete floor surface finishing material comprises a first material and a second material. The first material comprises an epoxy resin, a silane coupling agent, and a plate shaped micro silica. The second material comprises an amine-based curing agent and a silane coupling agent. The first material comprises 50-70 weight% of epoxy resin, 5-22 weight% of silane coupling agent, 1-5 weight% of mineral spirit, 1-15 weight% of plate shaped micro silica, 1-10 weight% of diluent, 0.01-3 weight% of mineral antifoaming agent, 1-5 weight% of leveling agent, and 0.1-3 weight% of wetting agent. The second material comprises 40-60 weight% of denaturation aliphatic amine, 20-30 weight% of denaturation aromatic amine, 10-20 weight% of silane coupling agent, 1-8 weight% of accelerant, 0.1-5 weight% of silicon-based antifoaming agent. The first material and the second material are mixed as the weight ratio of 3:1.

摘要: PURPOSE: A water-permeable asphalt concrete composition including precious slag ball is provided to enhance water permeability and intensity of the asphalt concrete and increase adhesive force between aggregate and the asphalt by using precious slag(PS) ball and fatty acid amide resin which is an exfoliating inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: A water-permeable asphalt concrete composition including precious slag ball comprises 100.0parts by weight of aggregate with particle size of 2.5-19mm, 20-30 parts by weight of PS Ball, 5-10 parts by weight of Polymer Stone Mastic Asphalt(PSMA), 10-15 parts by weight of cement and calcium hydroxide, 3-5 parts by weight of fatty acid amide resin, 15-30 parts by weight of water. The PS Ball is manufactured by rapid cooling in melting state using high-speed air to be a ball-shape. The PS Ball contains 22-45 weight% of Fe2O3, 15-25 weight% of CaO, 10-20 weight% of SiO2, 5-10 weight% of MgO, 5-8 weight% of MnO, 1-8 weight% of Al2O3, and 1-7 weight% of TiO2. The fatty acid amide resin is formed by condensation polymerization of dimer acid marked in chemical formula 1, ethylenediamine marked in chemical formula 2, and triethylenetetramine marked in chemical formula 3.

摘要: A pavement for manhole repair by using coal digested pitch is provided to improve plasticity, waterproofness, adiabatic ability, compressive strength, and bending strength of a target region to be repaired. A pavement for manhole repair is prepared by a mixture of 10-20wt% of two-part epoxy resin composition and 80-90wt% of silica, in which the two-part epoxy resin composition consists of 65-75wt% of an epoxy compound as a main material and 25-35wt% of a hardener. The epoxy compound consists of 8-12wt% of coal digested pitch, 78-88wt% of epoxy resin, 0.3-0.7wt% of a reactive diluent, 3-8wt% of a filler, and 0.7-1.5wt% of a fluid modifier. The hardener consists of 1-3w% of urea-formaldehyde resin, 76-83wt% of amine, 0.8-1.5wt% of a curing accelerator, 11.2-14.5wt% of a filler, and 4-5wt% of a fluid modifier.

상기의 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 지하에 매설된 전화선 등 케이블의 관리, 보수 및 교체 작업을 위해 도로상에 설치되는 맨홀의 보수 및 인상시 사용되는 역청질 팽윤탄이 함유된 속경화성 도로 맨홀보수용 포장재로써 타설후 단시간 내 경화가 가능하고 시공성 및 경제성이 우수하며 보수 부위의 방수성, 가소성, 단열성, 압축강도 및 휨강도 유지 등 장기간 내구성을 가짐으로써 차량 주행으로 인한 균열, 탈락, 함몰 방지와 대형사고를 미연에 방지하고 교통 흐름을 원활하게 하는 효과가 있다.
