PURPOSE: An elastic paving material for preventing heat island and a construction method thereof are provided to effectively absorb impact applied to a body, and to efficiently eliminate an offensive odor and a mold. CONSTITUTION: An elastic paving material for preventing heat island comprises a PE vinyl layer(40), a gravel layer(33), a first filter mat layer(32), a compound aggregate layer(31), a second elastic layer(20), a third filter mat layer, and a first elastic layer(10). The PE vinyl layer is formed by hardening the ground(1) and spreading a PE vinyl. A sand layer(34) is formed by spreading coarse sand on the PE vinyl layer. The gravel layer is formed by spreading gravel on the sand layer. The first filter mat layer is formed on the gravel layer by installing a filter mat. The compound aggregate layer is formed by spreading compound aggregate on the first filter mat layer. The second elastic layer is formed by spreading rubber chips on the compound aggregate layer. The third filter mat layer is formed on the second elastic layer by installing a filter mat. The first elastic layer is formed on the third filter mat layer by spreading thermoplastic elastic bodies.

PURPOSE: A concrete leveling device and a concrete leveling method for simultaneously installing a pair of boundary stones and a boundary stone support for public works, landscaping, a road, and a park are provided to remarkably reduce construction time by simultaneously placing concrete through a process. CONSTITUTION: A concrete leveling device for simultaneously installing a pair of boundary stones and a boundary stone support for public works, landscaping, a road, and a park comprises a base(10), a molding unit(20), an elevation unit, and a controller. The base has one or more wheels(11) and a handle(13). The molding unit has a hopper(21), and a form(22). Concrete is supplied to the hopper. The form receives the concrete from the hopper and places the concrete in a structure shape. The elevation unit elevates the molding unit to the level of the structure. The controller controls the operation of the elevation unit depending on the level change of the structure.

PURPOSE: A rotating barrel style construction system for construction of a concrete structure including a boundary stone and a gutter for engineering, road, landscapes, and parks and a construction method thereof are provided to integrally form a boundary stone and a gutter through a single process. CONSTITUTION: A rotating barrel style construction system for construction of a concrete structure including a boundary stone and a gutter comprises a pulling frame(10) and a mounting frame(20). The pulling frame comprises a switch(12) and a storage battery(14) and can be held and pulled by a worker. The mounting frame comprises a drive unit which is driven or stopped with a switch operation and a rotating forming barrel including a ring-shaped support. The ring-shaped support is split into two parts having respective fastening pins which are detachably coupled to fastening grooves formed in the rotating forming barrel.

본 발명은 일반적인 골재 층 상면에 검정색의 피그먼트층을 형성한 후, 다시 그 상면에 차열골재층을 형성함으로써, 여름철 조사되는 고온의 열기가 대류현상에 의해 주변의 온도보다 블록 상면의 온도가 낮아짐으로써 열섬현상을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 차열 또는 차냉블록 및 그 제조방법에 관한 발명이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 굵은 골재가 혼합되어 열을 흡수하는 피그먼트층; 상기 피그먼트층 상면에 형성되어 열을 차단하는 상부층;을 포함하여 구현 가능하다. 본 발명 차열 또는 차냉블록은 공원의 바닥, 아파트 단지의 바닥, 건축물의 벽면 등에 사용함으로써, 대류현상에 의해 공기가 순환되면서 주변 온도보다 온도를 낮추어 여름철 열대야 현상 및 열섬현상을 방지하고, 에너지 절감은 물론 쾌적한 환경을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A heat isolating block or a cool isolating block using convective activity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply a block capable of isolating heat or cool by circulating air in between the layers in the block due to the convective activity. CONSTITUTION: A heat isolating block or a cool isolating block using convective activity comprises an aggregate layer(100) and an upper layer(200). A pigment layer absorbs heat in an upper surface of the aggregate layer and is formed by mixing a pigment paste of white or black, coarse aggregate, and mortar. The upper layer is located on a top layer to isolate the heat and is comprised by a mixture selected from ceramics including pores, granite, diatomite, zeolite, soil, and red clay. The upper layer and the pigment layer are selected as complementary colors. The air of the upper layer and the air of the pigment unit are circulated by being moved by convective activities.

CONSTITUTION: A molding part(20) includes a hopper and a mold. The hopper receives concrete or water permeable concrete. The mold has a structure for landscaping and civil engineering. The molding part places the concrete or the water permeable concrete as a fixed shape of the structure. A flat blade(30) makes the front surface of the molding part flat.

CONSTITUTION: A barrel roll-shaped construction device for construction of a boundary stone support and a side ditch-integrated structure comprises a traction frame(10), a mounting frame(20), and a forming barrel roll(30). The traction frame includes a switch(12) and a storage battery(14). The mounting frame is formed on the lower part of the traction frame. The mounting frame is driven and stopped by switch operation. The forming barrel roll is mounted in the mounting frame.

PURPOSE: A concrete composition for park landscape architectures is provided to improve the initial intensity of a boundary stone while molding and to obtain various colors by using an inorganic pigment. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composition for park landscape architectures contains 1,050 parts by weight of stone dust, 4~40 parts by weight of powder polymer resin for a cement admixture, 0.6~3 parts by weight of reinforcement fiber, 5~10 parts by weight of functional additive, 0.35~1.75 parts by weight of wetting dispersing agent, 0.7~17.5 parts by weight of hardener, 0.35~1.75 parts by weight of anti-shrinkage agent, and 10~20 parts by weight of inorganic pigment by 350 parts by weight of cement. 20 parts by weight of water is added based on 100 parts for the whole composition.

The light emitting rod is installed on top side or corner of the curb. A part of the light emitting rod is exposed to outside. The fixing member is inserted and fixed to the part, in which the light emitting rod is inserted, of the curb. The reflector is fixed on top of the curb suing the fixing member.
