PURPOSE: Finishing material composition with excellent durability and incombustibility and a spraying construction method for finishing a concrete structure using the same are provided to remarkably reduce maintenance costs by preventing concrete erosion and spalling due to chemical corrosion and fire. CONSTITUTION: Finishing material composition with excellent durability and incombustibility comprises a nonflammable cement group binding material, fine aggregate, a re-emulsification type resin group binding material, and water. The re-emulsification type resin group binding material includes styrene butadiene resin powder, ethylene vinyl acetate resin powder, styrene-acrylic ester resin powder, and sodium polyacrylate resin powder. The nonflammable cement group binding material includes alumina cement, cement, blast furnace slag, white cement, alkali metal silicate, sodium silicate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium oxide, carbon black, and hollow nylon fiber.

PURPOSE: A concrete structure waterproofing composition is provided to offer penetration force water resistance, chemical resistance, acid-resistance, durability, salt tolerance, intensity, adhesive force, and internal water pressure by containing an inorganic binder in a specific composition and a waterproof property admixture. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure waterproofing composition contains 5-50 wt% of inorganic binder and 50-95 wt% of waterproof property admixture. The waterproof property admixture contains 40-98 wt% of acrylic emersion, 1-15 wt% of methyl metacrylate, 0.1-15 wt% of polyurethane emulsion, 0.1-15 wt% of polyester emulsion, 0.1-15 wt% of bisphenol emulsion, and 0.1-10 wt% of organo alkoxysilane. The inorganic binder contains 10-70 wt% of calcium carbonate, 5-30 wt% of magnesium oxide, 5-30 wt% of hollow silica powder, 5-20 wt% of silica, 0.1-20 wt% of aluminum hydroxide, 0.1-10 wt% of titanium oxide, 0.01-10 wt% of zeolite, 0.01-10 wt% of zinc oxide, and 0.01-10 wt% of alkali silicate.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for spraying polymer mortar compositions includes a mixer(12), a water pump(14), a hose(16), a spraying nozzle(20), and an air compressor(18). The mixer mixes polymer mortar compositions. The water pump supplies water to the mixer. The hose transfers the mixed polymer mortar compositions. The spraying nozzle is installed at the end of the hose and sprays the polymer mortar compositions to a target position. The air compressor supplies compressed air with high pressure to the spraying nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: A cement mortar composition contains 50-98 wt% of inorganic binder, 0.01-15 wt% of polymer compound, 1-40 wt% of fine aggregate, and 0.1-10 wt% of water. The polymer compound contains 60-99 wt% of styrene-acrylic emersion, 0.1-15 wt% of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 0.01-15 wt% of acrylamide emulsion, and 0.01-15 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion. The polymer compound additionally contains 0.1-10 wt% of polyether sulfone resin. The inorganic binder contains 30-85 wt% of normal Portland cement, 10-30 wt% of blast furnace slag, 0.1-15 wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate, 0.1-15 wt% of silicon powder, 0.5-15 wt% of hollow silica powder, 0.01-15 wt% of titanium oxide, 0.01-15 wt% of quicklime, 0.01-15 wt% of aluminum powder, and 0.01-3 wt% of hollow nylon fibers.

The upper insect resistance unit, the lower insect resistance unit, and a head insect resistance unit are manufactured with gauze fabric, and are manufactured into one body by being connected to each other. At both side parts or at one side, a pocket which accepts emergency medicine or stuff is formed in order to be used rapidly in emergency. Sleeves in which arms are inserted are formed at both sides in the upper insect resistance unit. At the tip of the sleeves, one end of the sleeves is bonded to wrist in order to prevent harmful insects from being entered through the sleeves.

PURPOSE: A concrete structure repair composition is provided to offer excellent acid-resistance, flame interruption performance, mobility, elasticity, adhesive force, heat resistance, and durability by using a cement composite in a specific composition and a revival state resin. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure repair composition contains 15-70 wt% of cement composite, 25-70 wt% of fine aggregate, 0.01-15 wt% of revival state resin, and 0.1-15 wt% of water. The revival state resin contains 50-95 wt% of styrene-butadiene resin powder, 0.1-20 wt% of polyether sulfone resin powder, 0.1-20 wt% of polymethyl metacrylate resin, and 0.1-20 wt% of sodium polyacrylate resin. The fine aggregate contains 50-95 wt% of silica sand, 1-30 wt% of mica, and 1-20 wt% of vermiculite.
