The present invention relates to a building finishing composition which comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement in which fineness is 3,200-6,500 cm2/g, 10-40 parts by weight of cannabis liquid and cannabis stem mixture; 5-100 parts by weight of stone dust; 5-15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; 0.01-10 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent; 0.1-1 parts by weight of one or more condition promoters; and 1-15 parts by weight of one filler. The composition, according to the present invention, improves durability, adds sound absorption, antibacterial, deodorization, insulation, and UV blocking functions, emits far-infrared rays, removes harmful wavelengths, and facilitates the moisture control.

The present invention provides a concrete composition including, based on 100 parts by weight of cement: 10 to 40 parts by weight of a hemp in at least one form of a powder, a concentrate and an extract; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of an aggregate; 10 to 100 parts by weight of a fine ground fly ash having a fineness of 3,0000 to 3,8000^2/g and a density of 1.5 to 2.8 g/cm^3 10 to 70 parts by weight of a blast furnace slag; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high efficiency water reducing agent, which includes 80 to 95 weight% of naphthalene water reducing agent and 5 to 20 weight% of a polycarboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent, to make an amount of air in a range of 4 volume% to 6 volume% in a concrete, wherein 1 to 15 parts by weight of a viscosity modifier selected from the group consisting of trimethane ester, benzoic acid ester, ethylcyclohexane, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3,-petanedioldibutyrate and a filling agent selected from the group consisting of a silica, an acryl powder and quartz based on 100 parts by weight of the cement are further included. The concrete composition according to the present invention improves durability and adds sound-absorbing power, antibacteral power, deodorization, insect repellent property, heat insulation, and ultraviolet ray blocking property while emitting far-infrared radiation, removing harmful waves and easily manipulating moisture by using a bio-friendly hemp which may be obtained from nature.

Provided in the present invention are a wallpaper composition including 15-60 wt% of a polymer resin; 10-45 wt% of cannabis liquid, cannabis stem, cannabis powder, or at least one compound selected among the same; 5-20 wt% of a binder; and 5-20 wt% of a natural adhesive, and a wallpaper using the same. The wallpaper composition according to the present invention is a wallpaper composition including 15-60 wt% of linear low density polyethylene resin having density of 0.91-0.93 g/cm3; 10-45 wt% of cannabis mixing 10-90 wt% of liquid cannabis liquid and 10-90 wt% of solid cannabis stem or cannabis powder; 5-20 wt% of a polyurethane emulsion or acryl emulsion as a binder; and 5-20 wt% of natural latex as a natural adhesive, and provides a wallpaper composition which does not discharge harmful substances, has a sound absorbing power, a sterilizing power, deodorizing properties, insect proof properties, and insulating properties, emits far infrared ray, removes harmful wavelength, and easily controls moisture.
