태양전지 밀봉재용 EVA 시트 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 열접착성 수지를 균일하게 배열하여 융착시키는 방법으로 EVA 시트를 제조하는 태양전지 밀봉재용 EVA 시트 제조장치에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은 내부에 열접착성 수지 분말을 수용하는 통 형상을 가지며 하부에 토출구를 구비하는 분말 공급부; 표면에 열접착성 수지 분말을 수용하는 요홈 패턴을 구비하며 상기 토출구를 밀폐하도록 배치되는 분말배열롤; 상기 분말배열롤의 하부를 통과하며 순환하는 순환벨트; 상기 순환벨트 상에 도포된 열접착성 수지 분말을 가열 융착시키는 히터부; 및 상기 히터부의 후단에서 설치되어 필름 상태로 융착된 열접착성 수지 분말 시트를 상기 순환벨트로부터 분리하는 필오프 롤(peel off roll);을 포함하는 태양전지 밀봉재용 EVA 시트 제조장치를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: An EVA sheet for sealing a solar cell saves manufacturing costs and uses a heat-sealing powder resin, thereby quickly removing bubbles at modulation and reducing cycle time. CONSTITUTION: An EVA sheet for sealing a solar cell has a heat-sealing layer (200), which is formed on the upper part of a substrate and contains a heat-sealing resin powder including an ethylene-based resin. A manufacturing method of the EVA sheet for sealing a solar cell comprises a step of preparing a substrate (100) by extrusion blow molding; a step of preparing a heat-sealing resin powder (300) including an ethylene-based resin; a step of scattering the heat-sealing resin powder onto the substrate; and a step of curing the heat-sealing resin powder in order to form a heat-sealing layer.

The natural stone chip contains 170~250 parts of natural stone chip by weight with the grain size of 3~9 millimeters, and 70~100 parts of natural stone chip by weight with the grain size of 1~3 millimeters, for 100 parts of cement by weight. The strength reinforcement material is a metal plate with a net structure.
