    摘要: When an aluminum product is preheated to about 500°C in preheating furnace (6) before flux brazing of the aluminum product in a heating furnace, the heating time for brazing the aluminum product through heating the same in a continuous-atmosphere furnace including preheating furnace (6) and heating furnace (8) can be shortened by not only convecting nitrogen atmosphere in the preheating furnace (6) by means of fan (15) so as to increase heat efficiency but also bringing oxygen introduced in the preheating furnace (6) as disturbance and diffused into the nitrogen atmosphere by means of the fan (15) into contact and reaction with furnace inside wall (11), formed from a carbonaceous material, of the preheating furnace to thereby generate CO so that the oxygen concentration of nitrogen atmosphere can be maintained at low level. Thus, the brazing can be performed with higher economic efficiency than in the prior art.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A heating system utilizing microwaves is provided to prevent melting by cooling an electrode using liquid including water, etc and maintaining the electrode below specified temperature. CONSTITUTION: A main body of a heating furnace is made of metal. A microwave feeder introduces microwave power to the main body to the heating furnace. Filter zones(12a,12b) prevent the leakage of the microwave power. A heating unit(15) is arranged between an inlet part(11a) and an outlet part(11b) of the main body of the heating furnace in a straight line. The heating unit is formed into a long shaped hollow body.
