摘要: PURPOSE: A system for recovering contaminated water for a ship is provided to block the discharge of oil or other pollutant by recovering contaminated water generated in a ship and recycling the recovered water for various uses in a ship. CONSTITUTION: A system for recovering contaminated water for a ship comprises a holding tank(11), a processing unit(15), an oil measuring sensor(16), and a 3-way valve(14). The holding tank recovers and stores contaminated water. The processing unit separates pollutant including oil and mud from contaminated water supplied from the holding tank, through filtering. The oil measuring sensor measures the oil remaining in the water passing through the processing unit. The 3-way valve re-circulates the water passing through the processing unit to the holding tank, if any value over a predetermined value is sensed at the oil measuring sensor.

摘要: PURPOSE: A floating marine structure using cooling seawater is provided to have a space for storing low temperature seawater and reduce the load of a pump since a moon pool is used as a buffer. CONSTITUTION: A floating marine structure using cooling seawater comprises a moon pool(110), a suction tube(120), and a pump(130). The moon pool is provided in a hull(140) and has a space filled with the seawater. The suction tube is expanded from the upper side of the sea surface of the moon pool to the lower part of the hull. The pump is connected to the suction tube and absorbs the seawater of the deep sea through the suction tube in order to fill the seawater in the moon pool.

摘要: The present invention relates to a plastic-coated aerogel insulation pad and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a plastic-coated aerogel insulation pad and a manufacturing method thereof capable of preventing the loss of aerogel powder by coating the outer surface of an aerogel insulation sheet with a plastic material to be a pad shape; thereby obtaining uniform and excellent insulation effect. Also, the present invention has semi-permanent service life by fundamentally blocking the penetration of moisture, rainwater, seawater, or others. Especially, the present invention can maintain the insulation performance in spite of the penetration of the seawater when used in an LNG carrier, an LNG plant, or others, can obtain much cargo loading space on the same line, and can have excellent storage, transportation, and constructability by enabling standardization. CONSTITUTION: A storing container(110) stores active materials for annihilating aquatic organisms in ballast water. An injecting pump(120) injects the active materials to a ballast pipe(130) from the storing container. The active materials are injected into the ballast pipe before the ballast pipe is branched into respect ballast tank(151). The storing container is installed on the upper side of a deck or the inside of a hull. A manifold(160) is installed in the storing container in order to receive the active materials from the external side of a marine structure.

摘要: PURPOSE: A cofferdam heater and a floating marine structure with the same are provided to cope with the inner situation of a cofferdam rapidly and appropriately by selectively or simultaneously operating a main cofferdam heater and a secondary cofferdam heater. CONSTITUTION: A cofferdam heater comprises a main cofferdam heater and a secondary cofferdam heater. The main cofferdam heater sprays the seawater into the cofferdam to heat the inside of the cofferdam using the heat of the seawater. The secondary cofferdam heater can heat the inside of the cofferdam by the heat of a heat exchange medium by circulating the heat exchange medium through a heat medium pipe(51), which is arranged in the inside and the outside of the cofferdam. The main cofferdam heater comprises a seawater pipe and a seawater pump. The seawater pipe is installed in order to spray the seawater into the cofferdam. The seawater pump sucks the seawater from the outside of a floating marine structure and supplies the seawater into the cofferdam through the seawater pipe.
