    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition of an evaporation reflecting transparent film, a light emitting element, and a method of producing the light emitting element are provided to improve the luminous efficiency of the light emitting element by improving the reflectivity of a reflective film reflecting light emitted from the light emitting element. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting element comprises a light emitting layer(40), a light-transmissive substrate(30), an evaporation reflective transparent film(20), and a reflective film(10). The reflective film reflects light from the light emitting layer. The evaporation reflective transparent film contains a light transmissive binder. The reflective film includes the protective film which contains the binder on the opposite surface of the evaporation reflective transparent film.
