(OBJECTIVE) Provided is a composite layer which can use general glass such as soda lime glass including Na and Ca as an antireflective glass base material of high durability. (SOLUTION) A composite layer which comprises a diffusion suppression layer which contains P of 1.0-12.0 atom% to Si, P and O of total 100 atom竊�by quantitative analysis using the energy dispersion type X-ray spectrum analyzing apparatus of a transmission electron microscopy and has a structure where a diffusion suppression layer and an antireflective layer are successively formed on the surface of the glass base material which includes at least one kind selected among a group of Na and Ca.

이 반사 방지막용 조성물은, 투광성 바인더를 함유하고, 투광성 바인더가, 폴리머형 바인더 및 논폴리머형 바인더 중, 어느 일방 또는 양방을 포함하고, 분산매를 제외한 성분의 합계 100 질량부에 대하여, 투광성 바인더의 함유량이 10∼90 질량부이고, 반사 방지막용 조성물을 경화시켜 형성되는 반사 방지막의 굴절률이 1.70∼1.90 이다. 이 반사 방지막은, 투광성 바인더를 함유하고, 투광성 바인더가, 폴리머형 바인더 및 논폴리머형 바인더 중, 어느 일방 또는 양방을 포함하고, 성분의 합계 100 질량부에 대하여, 투광성 바인더의 함유량이 10∼90 질량부이고, 굴절률이 1.70∼1.90 이다. 이 반사 방지막의 제조 방법은, 투명 도전막 상에, 상기 반사 방지막용 조성물을, 습식 도공법에 의해 도포하여 반사 방지 도막을 형성하고, 이어서, 반사 방지 도막을 경화시켜 반사 방지막을 형성한다.

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive membrane composition is provided to easily obtain a transparent conductive film capable of improving powder generation efficiency of a thin film solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive membrane composition comprises conductive oxide particles and a binder cured by heating. The binder comprises organotrialkoxysilane indicated in chemical formula 1: R^1Si(OR^2)3 and/or a hydrolysate thereof. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is a C1-12 monovalent hydrocarbon group, R^2 is a C1-4 linear or branched alkyl group. A comprised amount of the organotrialkoxysilane and/or a hydrolysate thereof is 50-95 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the binder.

PURPOSE: A composition of an evaporation reflecting transparent film, a light emitting element, and a method of producing the light emitting element are provided to improve the luminous efficiency of the light emitting element by improving the reflectivity of a reflective film reflecting light emitted from the light emitting element. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting element comprises a light emitting layer(40), a light-transmissive substrate(30), an evaporation reflective transparent film(20), and a reflective film(10). The reflective film reflects light from the light emitting layer. The evaporation reflective transparent film contains a light transmissive binder. The reflective film includes the protective film which contains the binder on the opposite surface of the evaporation reflective transparent film.
