    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transparent conductive membrane composition is provided to easily obtain a transparent conductive film capable of improving powder generation efficiency of a thin film solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive membrane composition comprises conductive oxide particles and a binder cured by heating. The binder comprises organotrialkoxysilane indicated in chemical formula 1: R^1Si(OR^2)3 and/or a hydrolysate thereof. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is a C1-12 monovalent hydrocarbon group, R^2 is a C1-4 linear or branched alkyl group. A comprised amount of the organotrialkoxysilane and/or a hydrolysate thereof is 50-95 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the binder.
