摘要: The present invention illustrates a process drawing of a manufacturing method of soybean paste and soybean sauce using Acanthopanax senticosus. The manufacturing method of soybean paste and soybean sauce using Acanthopanax senticosus comprises the steps of: producing soybean blocks; fermenting the soybean blocks; washing the soybean blocks; producing an extract of Acanthopanax senticosus; preparing salt water; soaking the fermented soybean blocks in the salt water; fermenting the fermented soybean blocks; and separating the fermented soybean blocks.
