摘要： PURPOSE: A molded product including carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent deformation intensity at a junction between a surface of the molded product including carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite(C/C) and another surface. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a molded product(100) including carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material comprises the following steps: forming a floc by cohering carbon fibers(1) and a binder(2); filtering the liquid which formed the floc through a porous surfaced mold; forming laminate of the floc on a surface of the perforated surface; compressing the laminate of the floc; arranging longitudinal direction of the carbon fiber to a direction of the surface of the perforated surface; forming laminate of laminar body precursor; plasticizing the laminate of the laminar body precursor; manufacturing carbonaceous matrix by carbonizing the binder.

摘要： PURPOSE: A carbon composite material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent exfoliation and/or cracking caused by thermal stress even when carbide is manufactured by reactive gas. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of carbon composite material comprises the following steps: defibrating less than 1.0mm linear carbon fibers(1) into strand; forming a perform which includes the linear carbon fiber in a strand state and precursor substance of carbon matrix; pressure-molding the preform; plasticizing the pressure-molded perform; and manufacturing the carbon matrix from the precursor substance. The carbon composite material comprises the carbon fiber and carbon matrix(3). The carbon fiber strengthening carbon complex material is formed monolithically. The carbon composite material has 1.2g/cm or greater bulk density and 5-15GPa modulus of elasticity.
