    摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a graphite block is provided to improve physical property of the graphite block by using the graphite powder and the mixture of tar and toluene as a filler and impregnant, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphite block includes the following steps: 75-85 parts by weight of graphite powder and 15-25 parts by weight of coal-tar pitch are mixed at a temperature between 200 and 300 deg C; the mixed materials are pulverized; the pulverized product is injected into a mold and compressively molded to become a molded product; the molded product is impregnated into an impregnating agent; and the molded product through the impregnating process undergoes heat treatment.
