摘要: A method of manufacturing finishing material for construction for functionality bioceramics liquid is provided to emit far infrared rays and negative ion and to form agreeable residence and living environment according to holding growth of mold or noxious bacteria. A method of manufacturing finishing material for construction for functionality bioceramics liquid comprises steps of: agitating Hydroxy-Apatite, elvan, talc, diatomite and water in a stirred tank; injecting liquid binder 20 ~ 25 weight% including aqueous emulsion in the mixed mixture, agitating it for 20 ~ for 30 minutes at 600 ~ 800rpm and forming the mixture of the liquid; injecting admixture in the mixture of the liquid in which the liquid binder is mixed, agitating it for 20 ~ 30 minutes at 600 ~ 800rpm and forming the finishing material for construction of liquid; removing foreign material and thick particle more than 300 ~ 400 mesh; and wrapping the finishing material for construction of the liquid from which the foreign material is removed up in a container.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tie-rod end utilized for a steering device of a vehicle and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a tie-rod end via a simplified process composed of a preliminary molded article manufacturing step which heats a rod, which is a raw material, and up-sets a ring-shaped rod; a first forming step which hot-presses a head unit of the preliminary molded article; and a second forming step which forms several surfaces of a grip unit at once. The present invention provides the tie-rod end manufacturing method which is characterized by including the step for forming the preliminary molded article having a head unit and a body by partially heating the upper part of the raw material while gradually compressing the raw material to a longitudinal axis by applying currents to the ring-shaped raw material, which is cut at a predetermined length, after mounting the raw material on an electronic upsetting device; the step for forming a first molded article with a forming heat unit including the surface of the head unit of the tie-rod end, an upper groove, a lower groove, and a piercing hole penetrating through the upper and lower grooves by moving each of an upper mold, a lower mold, and upper and lower pins having a piercing pin in the vertical direction and pressing the same after placing the streamlined head unit of the preliminary molded article between the upper and lower molds of a shape corresponding to the shape of the outer surface of the head unit of the tie-rod end which can be finally produced; and the step for forming a polygonal unit having a hexagonal surface by rotating the first molded article around the longitudinal axis then cutting a body unit of the rotating first molded article with a polygonal cutting blade, which is formed into an equilateral triangle and which includes three cutting tips, while rotating the body unit in the same direction where the first molded article rotates.

摘要: PURPOSE: An electronic ballast is provided to stabilize waveform output through a lamp even at the abnormal state, while preventing blackening, lengthening useful life of lamp and reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An electronic ballast comprises a rectifier unit(200) for rectifying an input AC signal and supplying a DC voltage; a lamp driving unit(300') for receiving voltage from the rectifier unit, and turning on a lamp by oscillating the received voltage by a resonance frequency; and a lamp unit(400) for receiving the voltage from the rectifier unit and turning on the lamp by the oscillation of the lamp driving unit. The lamp driving unit includes a first bypass section and a second bypass section. The first bypass section and the second bypass section include third and fourth transistors(Q3,Q4), respectively, which are connected to bases of first and second transistors(Q1,Q2) and improve lamp output characteristics by partially bypassing the base current of first and second transistors, when the output from first and second transistors is higher than a predetermined level.

이러한 기존 뜸기의 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 뜸기를 어느 각도로 기울이거나, 상하 좌우의 흔들림과 회전에도 뜸기 속의 불붙은 쑥이 뜸기 밖으로 쏟아지지 않고 뜸기 내에서 연소하여야 한다.
본 발명은 뜸기를 어느 각도로 기울여도 불붙은 쑥이 뜸기 밖으로 나오지 않도록 함지에 덮개를 달아 불붙은 쑥의 뜸기 밖으로의 이탈을 막고, 함지 자체도 뜸기 밖으로나오지 않도록 하기 위해 뜸기 덮개에 함지 고정대를 설치한 함지와 뜸기다.-
