摘要： PURPOSE: A stretchable cap and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize oppressive sensation and to prevent the cap from being stained. CONSTITUTION: A stretchable cap manufacturing method is as follows. A non-stretchable part is formed in a sweat absorbing member. A head receiving part(101) is formed by sewing a plurality of elastic pieces. A first stitch(107) is formed along the lower edge of the head receiving part. The non-stretchable part is formed by thermally bonding non-elastic film through ultrasonic wave or high frequency. The head receiving part is made of an elastic material. The sweat absorbing member(105) is expanded and contracted in the head circumference direction of the head receiving part.

The adhesive resin layer is environment-friendly aqueous adhesive. The adhesive resin layer contains rosin ester as a main component, less than 3% abietic acid, and less than 15% dehydroabietic acid.
