Abstract: 본기술은내염성과내해수성 ATA폴리머를이용한철근보호및 콘크리트구조물보수보강코팅공법에관한것으로서, 상기보수몰탈에는내염및 내해수성개선제로서알킬트리에톡시실란 45 중량부와테르펜계수지 15 중량부와아크릴폴리머 40 중량부가합성된변성 ATA 폴리머가포함되고, 작업성능개선제로서우레탄회합형이포함되고, 상기 ATA 폴리머는상기알킬트리에톡시실란 45 중량부와테르펜계수지 15 중량부와아크릴폴리머 40 중량부를섭씨 70~100°C에서 5시간이상합성하여에멀젼화되며, 상기보수몰탈은, 보통포틀랜드시멘트 30~50 중량부, 돌로스톤 40~60 중량부, 팽창제 1~10 중량부, 우레탄회합형작업성능개선제 0.01~0.5 중량부, ATA 폴리머 1~10 중량부, 보강섬유 0.1~0.5 중량부, 유동화제 0.1~10 중량부, 실리카퓸 1~5 중량부의비율로혼합되고, 상기알칼리부여방청제는리튬카보네이트 10~30 중량부, ATA 폴리머 1~10 중량부, 우레탄회합형작업성능개선제 0.01~0.5 중량부및 물 50~80 중량부의비율로혼합하여액상으로제조되며, 상기프라이머는 ATA 폴리머 10~30 중량부, 우레탄회합형작업성능개선제 1~5 중량부및 물 50~80 중량부의비율로혼합하여액상으로제조되며, 상기보수몰탈상에염해중성화방지및 중방식코팅제가도포된다.
