PURPOSE: A repair method for restoring the damaged cross section of a reinforced concrete structure is provided to restore the damaged cross section of a reinforced concrete structure using a section restoration repair material including ion exchange resin powder and magnesia ceramic powder. CONSTITUTION: A repair method for restoring the damaged cross section of a reinforced concrete structure is follows. The damaged concrete portion of a reinforced concrete structure is removed(S101). Rust on reinforcing bars exposed to the surface of the concrete is removed(S102). The surfaces of the concrete and the reinforcing bars are cleaned(S103). A rustproof adhesion enhancer is spread on the surfaces of the concrete and the reinforcing bars(S104). A section restoration repair material is filled in the surface of the spread rustproof adhesion enhancer(S105). The surface of the reinforced concrete structure filled with the section restoration repair material is coated with a surface protection material(S106). CONSTITUTION: A corrosion preventing device for a joint unit of a post of a power-transmission, transformation, and distribution steel tower comprises a main body(100) and a fitting cover(200). The main body comprises first and second cylindrical parts(110,130), an inclined part(120), and a pair of fastening ribs(140). The inclined part is extended at an incline from the top end of the first cylindrical part. The second cylindrical part is vertically and upward extended from the inclined part to cover a steel tower post(10). Fastening bolts(141) and nuts(142) are installed in multiple fastening holes of the fastening ribs. The fastening ribs are inserted into fitting grooves(201) of the fitting cover.

A construction system for building comprises a frame made up of peripheral trusses(1). Each truss comprises a metal structure, a plurality of vertical trusses(1a), a plurality of horizontal and/or diagonal transverse rods(6), and a metal framework(7). The metal structure is installed on two parallel rods(2) which are combined by wave-like zigzag rods(3) in the tangential direction. The vertical trusses are structural elements evenly or unevenly distributed. The horizontal and/or diagonal transverse rods are reinforcing factor for strengthening a panel. The metal framework is a covering for forming a wall. All the connection points of the metal framework and all the connection points between the wave-like zigzag rods and the parallel rods are formed by spot-welding.

CONSTITUTION: A method for repairing the damaged cross section of a reinforced concrete structure comprises the following steps: removing damaged concrete and removing rust from re-bars exposed; and cleaning the surface of concrete and the re-bars and applying an anti-rust primer; packing repairing mortar which contains fluoride salts and free amino acids. The anti-rust primer contains cement, a reduction inhibitor, free amino acids, polymer resin powder, silica materials, and a chemical admixture. The main body is manufactured by the sheet-metal working of the metal plate to form a waterway and is formed on the floor. The main body has a drain space inside, so that waste water flows in. The sheet layer of the synthetic resin adheres along the exterior of the main body. The waterproof coating layer is coated along the exterior of the sheet layer.

CONSTITUTION: A method for repairing a reinforced concrete structure using anticorrosive mortar is as follows. A reinforced concrete structure is chipped and washed. Rust is removed from corroded steel reinforcements in the reinforced concrete structure. A reinforcing material is installed in the reinforced concrete structure. An alkaline agent and a primer are successively spread on the steel reinforcements and concrete. Repair mortar is placed on the primer to bury the reinforcing material and concrete. The repair mortar includes fluorine-silicate and sodium-siliconate as anti-corrosive agent and ion penetration enhancer.
