    摘要: A buffing device for a steel product is provided to improve workability and quality of the steel product by effectively buffing a surface of the steel product using a buffing roller. A buffing device for a steel product comprises a movable body(110), which is moved up and down by an upper elevating unit. The movable body supports a bearing block(120) such that the bearing blocks moves in the horizontal direction. A bush or liner is installed on a surface of a guide groove(111) or a locking protrusion(112) to guide sliding movement. The guide groove is moved up and down by the upper elevating unit such that a buffing roller(30) is positioned closely to a guide roller. The buffing roller rolls on the bearing block and a bearing is provided in the bearing block to allow the buffing roller to smoothly roll.

The present invention increases cooling efficiency by continuously spraying external air to the back side of the motor at high speed by the pressure of compressed air.     摘要: An apparatus for filtering grinding oil is provided to secure clean grinding oil by injecting the grinding oil of high pressure to sludge stuck to a surface of a filtering surface to remove the sludge. The injection pipe has a plurality of injection nozzles(151) for dropping the sludge stuck to the surface of the filtering screen. The sludge discharge pump is connected to one side of the sludge storage tank to discharge the sludge and the grinding oil. The centrifugal separator is installed at one side of the sludge discharge pump to waste the sludge and reuse the grinding oil.
