The pulverized body comprises white cement of 45~46 weight%, silica of 11~12 weight%, calcium hydroxide of 3~4 weight%, calcium carbonate of 3~3.5 weight% and chromium dioxide of 3~3.5 weight%.

PURPOSE: A mortar composition for an eco-friendly organic/inorganic hybrid repairing material and a repairing method using the same are provided to improve the adhesive and the permeability of the organic/inorganic hybrid repairing material and reduce environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A mortar composition for an eco-friendly organic/inorganic hybrid repairing material includes 35 to 40 parts by weight of hydraulic cement, 45 to 50 parts by weight of recycled fine aggregate, 8 to 10 parts by weight of artificial lightweight aggregate, 3 to 5 parts by weight of fly ash, 1.65 to 2.45 parts by weight of a PVA powder resin, 0.8 to 1.5 parts by weight of amorphous C12A7-based early hardening accelerator, 2.0 to 2.5 parts by weight of calcium-sulfo-aluminate expanding agent, 0.5 to 1.0 parts by weight of a carbon fiber reinforcing agent, 0.3 to 1.0 parts by weight of a coagulation retarder, 25 to 50 parts by weight of water. The hydraulic cement is one or more selected from normal Portland cement, white Portland cement, alumina cement, early strengthening Portland cement, and high early strengthening cement. The coagulation retarder is selected from natural gypsum, dihydrate gypsum, hemihydrate gypsum, or anhydrous gypsum.

PURPOSE: A mortar composition using recycled aggregate and a method for constructing the same are provided to prevent the deterioration and the burst of concrete in case of fire by applying the superior mechanical intensity and thermal insulating property to the composition. CONSTITUTION: A mortar composition using recycled aggregate includes 32 to 35 weight% of recycled aggregate, 27 to 32 weight% of cement, 18 to 22 weight% of artificial light aggregate, 0.3 to 0.7 weight% of gypsum, 0.5 to 2 weight% of CSA-based powder setting agent, 8 to 12 weight% of blast furnace slag fine powder, 3 to 5 weight% of a powder resin, 0.5 to 2 weight% of an alkaline-silicate-based refraction supporting material, 0.05 to 0.1 weight% of synthetic fiber, 0.1 to 0.3 weight% of organic thickening agent, and melamine-based super plasticizer. The synthetic fiber is selected from polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyvinyl alcohol. The organic thickening agent is selected from methyl cellulose based organic thickening agent and polyvinyl acetate. The mortar composition is mixed in a mixing pumping unit(100).
