CONSTITUTION: A filtering device for exhaust gas comprises an outer case(120), a filtering unit, a filtering passage, a bypass, and a switching unit. The outer case is connected to an exhaust pipe. The filtering unit is arranged inside the outer case and filters exhaust gas. The filtering passage supplies the exhaust gas to a filtering part. The bypass is formed in the outer case to discharge the exhaust gas. The switching unit is formed in the outer case s that the exhaust bas can be selectively transferred to the filtering passage and the bypass.

    摘要: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas filtering apparatus is provided to bypass and discharge exhaust gas even if pressure inside the same is excessively increased by the increase of collected particulate materials, thereby preventing damage to the same. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas filtering apparatus includes an outer case (120), a filtering unit, and a pressure retaining filter (130). The outer case is connected to an exhaust pipe. The filtering unit is installed inside the outer case through a first flange (150) and a second flange (155). The flanges are coupled to the outer case. Exhaust gas flows in a first exhaust gas path (147) inside the filtering unit. The filtering unit is separated from the outer case so that a second exhaust gas path (148) is formed between the same and the outer case. The pressure retaining filter is placed in parallel with the filtering unit, and smoothly discharges the exhaust gas outside in order to prevent damage due to the pressure of the exhaust gas when particulate materials are deposited in the filtering unit.

The flange is joined to the oxidation catalyst unit and one end of the diesel particle filter unit for guiding a flow of the exhaust gas to a radial direction of the oxidation catalyst unit and diesel particle filter. The heating device is formed in the outer periphery of the exhaust pipe so that high temperature gas is injected into a space between the oxidation catalyst unit and the diesel particle filter unit.

The average sizes of pores in the metal form filter are in a range between 10 and 1000um. The metal sheets are integratedly combined based on a brazing process or a sintering process.
