摘要: Provided is a composition for coating the external surface of a green tire before the curing process to prevent the baring of a tire during the curing process and the contamination after the manufacturing process. The composition comprises a solid part which comprises 100 parts by weight of a glass bead or polymer bead having a particle size of 0.001-500 micrometers, 1-2,000 parts by weight of a binder component, and 2-2,000 parts by weight of a surfactant; and a dispersion medium which dilutes the solid part. Preferably the dispersion medium is water and is added so as to dilute the solid part to make the concentration be 1-70 wt%. Preferably the binder component comprises a flexible binder component; and a crystalline polymer binder component or a polymer binder component having a glass transition temperature of -40 deg.C or more.

摘要: PURPOSE: An aqueous tire coating agent composition is provided to offer the excellent water dispersibility of the composition to users by using water-soluble polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous tire coating agent composition contains 100 parts of water-soluble polyurethane by weight, 1-10 parts of graphene by weight, 2-20 parts of surfactant by weight, 3-8 parts of quenching agent by weight, 4=5 parts of anti-sagging agent by weight, 8-12 parts of dispersing agent by weight, 0.1-1 part of antifoaming agent by weight, and 270-3,000 parts of water by weight. The surfactant contains one compound selected from the group consisting of sodium dodecylsulfonate, polyethyleneglycol monolaurate, and triton X-100.

摘要: A method for preparing a rubber composition containing hydrophilic layered silicate is provided to obtain a nanocomposite material by a simple process through in situ modification of hydrophilic layered silicate to impart hydrophobicity during the compounding step for vulcanization and molding of rubber. A method for preparing a rubber composition containing hydrophilic layered silicate comprises the steps of: modifying the surface of layered silicate to impart hydrophobicity by using a non-ionic surfactant having a polyethylene glycol segment; and mixing the surface-modified layered silicate with other rubber materials, wherein the non-ionic surfactant contains a hydrophilic segment in an amount of 0.10-0.30 g per gram of the silicate.

摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a processing aid composition for a silica-filled rubber, which increases the dispersibility of silica, improves the processability and properties of rubber, and makes the change of vulcanizing behavior like scorch time small. CONSTITUTION: The processing aid composition comprises: 40-50wt% of a C10-C20 fatty acid component(A) containing 30-70wt% of zinc salts by partially esterifying with zinc; 5-20wt% of a multi-valent alcohol component(B) containing 1-15wt% of ester by esterifying a multi-valent alcohol having 3-6 hydroxy groups and a C10-C20 fatty acid in the equivalent ratio of 1:0.25-0.75; 20-40wt% of a C10-C20 fatty acid component(C) containing 10-30wt% of potassium salts by partially esterifying with potassium; 5-10wt% of a metal component(D) containing 20-70wt% of carbonate. The multi-valent alcohol(B) is glycerol or pentaerythritol and the fatty acid component(A)(C) is stearic acid, oleic acid, or linoleic acid, and the metal component(D) is calcium, zinc, magnesium, or lead.

摘要: 본 발명은 산화흑연을 환원하여 제조한 그라펜을 고성능화하는 개질기술에 관한 것으로, 그라펜을 지방산과 반응시켜, 그라펜 표면의 소수성이 증대된 고성능 그라펜을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 의하여 제조된 고성능 그라펜은 비극성 용매에 쉽게 분산되며, 비극성의 고분자 혹은 저분자 물질과 나노복합재료를 제조하는 경우, 그라펜이 효율적으로 분산되어 고성능 나노복합재료를 제조할 수 있다. 또한 지방산, 파라핀 등 소수성 저융점 결정성 물질과 혼합하여 열전도도와 열저장성이 높은 열저장 확산 나노복합재료를 제조할 수 있다.
