摘要： A fireproof plate installed on the exterior wall of a building is provided to prevent dew condensation in the interior space at normal times due to a heat insulation effect and to automatically cut off a flame spread from the lower floor to the upper floor. 摘要： A structure of an easily attachable/separable tile having a retreated groove is provided to promote convenience at construction by inserting a metal tile provided with a retreated groove and made of tungsten, titanium, pure iron, etc. enabling to resist high heat to the rear side of a body and forming a projection to a base plate, and then coupling retreated grooves of the tile and projecting couplers of the base plate to be attachable and separable easily, and inserting a soft water stopper between the tile and the base plate, thereby waterproofing with compression force, thereby removing the complicated waterproof construction progress for a wall and a floor, to perform construction possible in the winter time, to keep the same thickness as the existing tile and to improve formability of a product, to prevent damage and to make conveyance and construction easy, to shorten a period of construction and to make maintenance easy by letting ordinary people attach and separate easily regardless of skillfulness, to prevent the generation of construction waste and to prevent an economical loss by recycling the separated tiles, and to have excellent constructability by simplifying breakage and dismantlement works and to redress public grievances. A structure of an easily attachable/separable tile having a retreated groove for constructing a tile to a base plate in the fabricated type comprises a tile unified with metal fixtures having retreated grooves on the rear side of a body(10), and a base plate having tacker pin holes and screw holes and projecting couplers on the front side of a body(20) with lattice holes, and a groove and a projection on the upper and lower parts, wherein the base plate is adjustable in height by inserting screws(28,28') to the screw holes of the base plate and coupled to a wall(30) and a floor by coupling tacker pins to the tacker pin holes, and coupled with the tile by coupling the retreated grooves of the tile to the couplers of the base plate. The metal fixtures are made of titanium, pure iron and tungsten, and the corner of the tile is constructed between the base plate and the base plate by assembling and inserting an additional base support(50). The tile is constructed on the top of a water stopper(52) set on the top where the base plate and the base plate are coupled.

The flame spread preventing fireproof plate is installed on an inner side or an outer side of a handrail(G) of an outer wall of a building. Guide brackets(11,11') are mounted on an upper part and a lower part of the support rod(10,10'). A fireproof glass(20) is coupled between the guide brackets(11,11'). A clamp(30) having a clip formed integrally thereon is inserted into an insertion hole(12,12') punched on one side of the support rod(10,10'). The clamp(30) is clamped and fixed on a pipe(P) of the handrail.
