The present invention relates to an admixture composition to reveal early strength which expresses radical early strength without changing physical properties by enhancing prehardening properties essential to shorten a construction period; is applied to cement including 45-80 wt% of alite; and reveals itself to be 30 MPa or higher in strength after 4 hours of curing. The present invention includes one or more of 0.05-5 wt% of powder or aqueous high early strength agents based on the cement including the alite as a main component or a mixture thereof, thereby the cement composition obtains suitable pot life and reveals radical early strength without changing the physical properties such as the inhibition of the pot life and reveals itself to be 30 MPa or higher in strength after 4 hours of curing.

PURPOSE: A coating composition comprising Portland cement and a polymer binder as main components, being easily applied to the surfaces of concrete structures, is provided to improve durability and strength, and prevent degradation of concrete structures. CONSTITUTION: The coating composition comprises the components of: 10-50pts.wt. of white portland cement; 1-20pts.wt. of redispersion polymers such as ethylene vinyl lauryl acid, ethylene vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride and acryl polymer, which contain carboxylic groups bonded with Ca2+ of cement for high adhesion strength and waterproof property; 30-70pts.wt. of reinforcing materials; 0.1-1pts.wt. of fluidifying agent; 0.1-1pts.wt. of antifoaming agent; and 0.1-1pts.wt. of thickener containing thickener A such as methyl hydroxy ethyl cellulose, carboxy methyl cellulose and hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, and thickener B such as polycarboxy saccharide and starch ester in a ratio of 2:1.

본 발명은 건설공기 단축에 필수적인 조기 경화특성을 향상하여 물성변화 없이 급진적인 조강 성능을 발현하기 위한 것으로, 앨라이트가 45 내지 80 중량%인 시멘트에 적용되고, 양생 4시간 후 30MPa 이상의 강도를 발현하도록 한 조기강도 발현용 혼화제 조성물로서, 상기 엘라이트를 주성분으로 하는 시멘트 대비 0.05 내지 5 중량%의 분말조강제 또는 액상조강제 중 적어도 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함함으로써, 상기 시멘트 조성물은 적절한 가사시간을 확보함과 동시에 가사시간 저해 등의 물성변화 없이 급진적인 조강 성능의 발현으로 인하여 양생 4시간 후 30MPa 이상의 강도를 발현할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A self-leveling flooring material composition is provided to improve bonding strength, mobility, shrinkage change prevention property, and freezing and thawing resistance by including a strength-enhancing polymer, a superplasticizer, a wollastonite based mineral, and a micro air bubble-entraining agent. CONSTITUTION: A self-leveling flooring material composition contains 10-50wt% of cement, 5-70wt% of bottom ash, 10-50wt% of fine aggregate, 5-30wt% of limestone, 1-10wt% of strength-enhancing polymer, 0.01-2wt% of superplasticizer, 0.01-2wt% of retarder, 0.1-5wt% of needle bed siliceous wollastonite based mineral, and 0.0001-0.1wt% of micro air bubble-entraining agent. The strength-enhancing polymer is either a powder or liquid form. The strength-enhancing polymer is selected from the group consisting of vinylacetate ethylene, vinylacetate ethylene vinylester, vinylacetate methylmethacrylate ethylene, vinylchloride vinylester ethylene, vinylchloride ethylene vinyl laurate, acryl, and styrene acryl.
