콘크리트의 건조수축 균열문제는 콘크리트 구조체의 안전성, 내구성, 미관 등에 영향을 주는 중요한 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 균열에 대한 보수/보강의 기술이 발전하였다 하더라도 근본적으로 균열에 의한 문제를 해결할 수 없는데, 가장 직접적인 해결방법은 콘크리트 자체의 수축을 저감하여 즉, 저수축의 콘크리트를 제조함으로 균열발생 확률을 낮추는 것이다. 일반 콘크리트 자체의 수축저감 방법으로 단위수량 감소, 단위시멘트량 감소 및 잔골재율을 낮추는 등 배합적인 방법이 있으나 수축저감에 한계가 있고, 팽창재/수축저감제 등 각각의 혼화재료를 사용하는 방법이 있으나 역시 수축저감의 한계 및 사용상에 번거로움 등이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 본 발명에 따라 수축저감제, 팽창재 및 플라이애쉬를 일정비율로 혼합하여 개발된 수축저감형 혼화재를 사용하면 복잡한 설비 및 번거로운 배합조정 없이, 현재 일반적으로 사용하는 플라이애시 등 혼화재와 동일한 방법으로 사용함으로서 일반 콘크리트의 건조수축을 크게 저감할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of self-shrinkage reduction type concrete using vegetable oil is provided to prevent crack which can be caused by self-shrinkage of concrete and enhance durability of the concrete by adding proper amount of vegetable oil to high-strength concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of self-shrinkage reduction type concrete using vegetable oil comprises the following steps: adding 0.5-5% weight of either used bean oil, used perilla oil, or used corn oil compare to cement content in order to reduce self-shrinkage which is generated from 50-200MPa class high-strength concrete with 10-35wt% of water to cement ratio. The used oil is filtered by filtering apparatus and refined.

An expansion material composition for cement mortar is provided to prevent cracking effectively, to correspond effectively to dry shrinkage and excessive firing shrinkage and to prevent degradation of a compressive strength. An expansion material composition for cement mortar comprises anhydrous gypsum 20~65 weight% of which particle-size is 150~200 mesh and which has SO3 of 48% or more, quicklime 30~75 weight% of which a particle-size is 100~175 mesh and which contains CaO of 80% or more, a calcium sulfur aluminate type mineral 1~20 weight% of which a particle-size is 150~200 mesh, calcium hydrooxide 1~20 weight% of which particle-size range is 150~200 mesh and which CaO of 65% or more and MgO of 5.0% or less. The calcium sulfur aluminate type mineral consists of CaO 65~75%, Al2O3 6.5~7.5% and SO3 18.0~19.0%.

The herb loess material is pasted on the room floor after a boiler pipe is arranged or is used as a brick after compression molded into a regular size.

PURPOSE: Provided is a gypsum-bonded investment for a dental metal restoration material or a metal casting, which has strength sufficient to resist the casting pressure and an expansion ratio sufficient to compensate the shrink of metal on casting. CONSTITUTION: The gypsum-bonded investment comprises an alpha type calcium sulfate hemihydrate as a binder and a refractory material, wherein the gypsum-bonded investment further comprises at least one material selected from melamine sulfonated formaldehyde condensate and bentonite. Particularly, the refractory material comprises quartz and cristobalite. Preferably, the gypsum-bonded investment comprises 20-30 wt% of alpha type calcium sulfate hemihydrate, 20-40 wt% of quartz, 40-60 wt% of cristobalite, 0.1-0.5 wt% of melamine sulfonated formaldehyde condensate and 0.1-1 wt% of the bentonite.

PURPOSE: A refractory and sound-absorbing coating composition is provided, to prevent the deterioration of the strength and internal force of steel frame construction due to the high temperature in a fire and to improve the sound insulation. CONSTITUTION: The coating composition comprises 3-50 wt% of lightweight aggregate; 30-80 wt% of a binder; 2-30 wt% of a shrinkage reducing agent; 2-20 wt% of a general or flame retardancy-treated carbon-based sound-absorbing fiber; and 1-30 wt% of an additive. Preferably the lightweight aggregate is any one selected from the group consisting of a natural inorganic mineral such as swollen or micro-swollen ferrite, pumice, vermiculite, volcanic ash and axinite, an organic aggregate such as granular foam polystyrene and pulverized foam polystyrene, and hollow sphere prepared by forming hole in glass or mineral material.

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacture method of admixture which prevents ocher from being cracked and increase the strength of ocher. The admixture provides inherent effects of soil such as bio far-infrared rays radiation, insulation, heat-accumulation and humidity controlling. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) drying slag having a chemical composition of 34.51% of SiO2, 17.04% of Al2O3, 0.30% of Fe2O3, 42.65% of CaO, 6.87% of MgO and 0.06% of SO3 in a dryer and pulverizing it; (ii) respectively drying limestone having a chemical composition of 2.00% of SiO2, 0.40% of Al2O3, 0.30% of Fe2O3, 52.50% of CaO, 1.40% of MgO and 0.30% of SO3, gypsum having a chemical composition of 1.41% of SiO2, 0.92% of Al2O3, 0.10% of Fe2O3, 40.39% of CaO and 56.50% of SO3 and calcium hydroxide having a chemical composition of 1.20% of SiO2, 0.70% of Al2O3, 0.40% of Fe2O3, 60.50% of CaO, 1.40% of MgO and 0.20% of SO3 in a dryer and pulverizing them; and (iii) mixing the pulverized slag, limestone powder, gypsum powder and calcium hydroxide powder in a weight ratio of 5:1:2:2 and stirring the mixture. The composition has a chemical composition of 17.98% of SiO2, 8.89% of Al2O3, 0.28% of Fe2O3, 46.76% of CaO, 3.86% of MgO and 11.40% of SO3 and a fineness of 4,650 cubic centimeter/gram.
