    摘要: A piping device for an electric fusion having a pressing structure of a screw thread is provided to increase the melting efficiency by fusing a melting part with a predetermined pressure and cooling the melting part. A piping device for an electric fusion having a pressing structure of a screw thread includes a melting part, a pressing member(200), a ring-type heating unit(300), and a screw coupling part(220). The heating unit heats and melts the melting part by being conducted. The pressing member rotates and directly/indirectly presses the ring-type heating unit when a temperature of the melting part reaches a softening point. The ring-type heating unit presses the melting part. The melting part is pressed by controlling a rotation of the screw coupling part. If the rotation of the screw coupling part is suspended, the pressed pressure to the melting part is kept regular.

CONSTITUTION: A pipe joint using electric fusion comprises a joint body(100), a sealing ring(300), a wedge member(500), and a pressing member(600). A cut groove(140) is formed in the joint body. One end of an electric contact terminal(400) is exposed to the outside through the cut groove when the electric contact terminal and a heating ring(200) is inserted into the joint body. The outer diameter of the sealing ring is bigger than the inner diameter of the pipe joint, and the inner diameter of the sealing ring is smaller than the outer diameter of a synthetic resin tube. The wedge member is inserted into the joint body and covers and presses the sealing ring. The pressing member presses the wedge member.
