Disclosed are a device and a method for controlling electric power of a synthetic resin electric fusion pipe using a conductive polymer composite as a heating element. The device for controlling electric power controls the electric powers supplied to the synthetic resin electric fusion pipe based on the change in a resistance size after sensing the change in the resistance size of the conductive polymer composite by supplying the electric power to the synthetic resin electric fusion pipe using the conductive polymer composite as the heating element. PURPOSE: A vacuum-packing machine used in a house and a car is provided to freshly store food by immediately vacuum-packing the food in field. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum-packing machine used in a house and a car comprises an AC(Alternating Current)-DC(Direct Current) power source module(60), a body, a cover, a detecting unit, and a locking unit. The power module comprises an AC input terminal(61), a SMPS(62), a DC input terminal(63), and a controller(64). AC power source is inputted in the AC input terminal. The SMPS converts the AC power source inputted through the AC input terminal to DC power source. The DC power source is inputted from the car to the DC input terminal. The controller receives DC power source from the SMPS or the DC input terminal and controls a heater(1) and a vacuum pump(4). The detecting unit detects the opening and closing of the cover.

PURPOSE: A laser welding method for a car lamp and a welding apparatus thereof are provided to improve the welding productivity of a lamp by completely and rapidly welding a permeable cover and a non-permeable housing with laser beams within first and second wavelength ranges. CONSTITUTION: A laser welding method for a car lamp is as follows: A permeable cover(11) of a car lamp and a non-permeable housing(12) are coupled and attached to each other. A second laser beam(b2) of a second wavelength and a first laser beam(b1) of a first wavelength are irradiated on a fusion boundary face(13). The second laser beam of the second wavelength preheats a permeable preheating section(14) of the permeable cover. The first laser beams of the first wavelength welds a welding boundary surface between the permeable cover and the non-permeable housing. The first wavelength is shorter than the second wavelength.

An ultrasonic rotary welding apparatus and methods of using the same are disclosed. The ultrasonic welding device includes an ultrasonic horn (1900) and an anvil (1902). The ultrasonic horn is constrained by a mounting system. The mounting system permits the horn to exhibit two degrees of freedom. The first degree of freedom permits translational motion in a direct perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the horn. The second degree of freedom permits rotation about an axis perpendicular to both the longitudinal axis of the horn and the direction of translational motion.

A splicing device is provided to prevent overheating of a strip material for compensating a loss of a temperature so as to allow a join of strip portions to be improved. A splicing device includes an adhesion tool(2), two heaters(9,10), and a controller. The adhesion tool consists of an upper part and a lower part. The upper part is a vertically movable adhesion bar(4). The lower part is fixed and is an adhesion table(6). The adhesion table supports strips(7,8) to be adhered. The strips are overlaid on an edge of the strip. Two heaters are allocated on the adhesion tool for heating the upper part or the lower part of the adhesion tool. The heaters are controlled by the controller respectively. The strips are laid on the adhesion tool which is heated by the heater to compulsively heat the strip through the adhesion tool. The strips are adhered by being heated and are discharged.

A safety-conscious tube joining device capable of self-restoring without damaging the device even when a power supply is cut off during a tube joining operation. The tube joining device is provided with an EEPROM storing information about a tube joining condition, and restoring is effected if a power supply cut-off during tube joining is judged from information about a tube joining condition stored in the EEPROM and from the detection result of a wafer (41) by a wafer position detection sensor (421) when a power supply is turned on. Although the restoring involves reheating the wafer to melt a tube fixed to the wafer (S614, 616), resuming the operation and completing the joining operation (S620-632), an error is displayed on an LCD display to guarantee a joining strength or the like (S634). Safety is ensured by keeping a cooling time locked (S628-632) after wafer heating is stopped.
