摘要： The present invention discloses a sintering airflow control system using an exhaust gas circulation equipment which can increase a volume of the sintering airflow and can prevent positive pressure from being imposed on a hood of the exhaust gas circulation equipment. The sintering airflow control system using an exhaust gas circulation equipment includes: an exhaust gas circulation equipment; a main blower connected with some wind boxes by mediation of a set ring chamber; a pressure adjusting part which prevents positive pressure is being imposed on an inside of the hood; and a controlling part which receives signals associated with the pressure on the inside of the hood from a pressure gauge to control the pressure adjusting part. The exhaust gas circulation equipment includes: a hood arranged on one side of the top of the sintering car line; the pressure gauge which measures the pressure on the inside of the hood; and a circulation duct which mediates the rest of the wind boxes, installed under the sintering car line and corresponds to the hood, with the hood.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing attached cokes of an ignition furnace of a sintering machine which is capable of increasing the quality and preventing the air leakage of the sintering machine by removing attached cokes formed by attaching a mixed raw material to the inner wall of the ignition furnace during a sintering process of a steel mill. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for removing attached cokes of an ignition furnace of a sintering machine comprises a position sensor arranged in the upper part of a movement path of a cart passing through the ignition furnace to sense the distance to the surface of a mixed raw material; an attached coke removing unit for hitting and removing the attached cokes formed in the ceiling of the inner wall of the ignition furnace; and a control part for transmitting an actuation signal to the attached coke removing unit if the distance sensed from the position sensor is larger than a reference distance by receiving the distance sensed from the position sensor, and comparing the distance with the reference distance inputted in advance.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for regenerating activated carbon containing sintered exhaust gas comprises a regeneration tower(10), a heater(20), a cooler(30), upper and lower pressure delivery lines(40,44), upper and lower control valves(42,46), and a control unit(60). Upper and lower rotary valves(12,14) are installed on the top and bottom of the regeneration tower to drawn in and out a fixed amount of activated carbon. The heater and the cooler are respectively installed on the top and bottom of the regeneration tower in order to heat and cool activated carbon. The upper and lower pressure delivery lines supply pressure gas for discharge of elimination gas. The upper and lower control valves are respectively installed in the upper and lower pressure delivery lines. The control unit controls the feed pressure of gas passing through the upper and lower pressure delivery lines according to signals of a detection unit.
