    摘要: PURPOSE: A secondary refining method of molten steel through control of bubbling pattern is provided to minimize uniform mixing time of molten steel by optimizing a ratio of bubbling rate blown up and bubbling rate blown down and height of upper blowing lance in the secondary refining process of steelmaking. CONSTITUTION: In a secondary molten steel refining process of floating inclusions in molten steel, thereby removing the floated inclusions as upper bubbling an inner gas from an upper blowing lance dipped from an upper part of teeming ladle and lower bubbling the inert gas to a lower part of the teeming ladle, the secondary refining method of molten steel through control of bubbling pattern comprises a step of installing the upper blowing lance at an elevation of 450 to 550 mm from the bottom of the teeming ladle; and a step of controlling a ratio of bubbling rate blown up and bubbling rate blown down to 1.6 to 1.7:1.

    摘要: A method for improving efficiency of desulfurizing operation in a KR(Kanvara Reactor) is provided to prevent a desulfurizing agent from being attached at an impeller by uniform dispersion of the desulfurizing agent in a molten iron. A KR(Kanvara Reactor) rotates and desulfurizes an impeller. A gas generating raw material is injected in an upper side of a molten iron by 1.5 to 6% of a desulfurizing agent weight contrast after injecting the desulfurizing agent. The gas generating raw material is calcium hydroxide or limestone. The gas generating raw material is injected in a 60 to 80% section of the entire work section in which rotary speed of the impeller is maintained at a maximum speed.

Therefore, the method prevents melting steel from solidifying inside the upper nozzle and floats base metal intervener to be divided for more than 10 minutes so as to increase cleanness of melting steel.
